Streamline Your Workflow with this Powerful Project Management Tool
Pros

From my experience in the retail industry I found Favro to be an incredibly powerful project management tool that provides a high level of flexibility in organizing and managing projects. The interface is userfriendly featuring a sleek and modern design. The ability to customize views and boards allows for great adaptability in project management. Additionally Favro seamlessly integrates with various other tools such as Slack Trello and Google Drive expanding its functionality. The extensive range of features including project templates time tracking and analytics is comprehensive and valuable. I also appreciated the responsiveness and helpfulness of the customer support.

Cons

While Favro offers exceptional features the pricing structure may pose a challenge for smaller teams or individuals who only require basic project management functionalities. Some advanced features like Gantt charts are only available in the more expensive plans. Furthermore I found that the mobile app lacks the robustness of the web version which can limit productivity while on the go.

Excellent software to manage boards, cards, and bugs over weekly sprints.
Pros

We were comfortably using Trello for a very long while but then a business peer suggested using Favro. And since it took very little effort and time to manage problems and tasks across sprints, we switched from Trello to Favro. It highlights the bugs for you and it’s easy to see boards across several sprints.

Cons

It tends to pile up bugs even though they were fixed or marked unproblematic, which creates a lot of extra work at times. Also, when you begin investigating a bug that has previously been addressed by someone else because it was added twice, it can be quite time-consuming.

It’s almost perfect for project management.
Pros

Our small team uses Favro to manage our product and it has been a great improvement over our previous tool, Trello. With Favro, we can efficiently organize and connect our cards, making it a suitable project management tool. One of the key advantages of this software is its ability to provide multiple boards and backlogs within the same platform, and the added convenience of categorizing cards within a backlog. I would definitely recommend similar setups to at least try Favro once.

Cons

Finding cards in Favro can be quite challenging compared to Trello. In Trello, I was able to simply search for cards using keywords and the relevant results will appear, while in Favro, an advanced search is required, which involves searching for keywords in separate fields such as the title, description, etc. This is an added step which has caused frustration among our team members as it becomes difficult to locate the desired information especially under heavy workloads.

Keeps us on track.
Pros

There’s a lot to love about Favro. For example, the ability to provide team members with a customizable backlog in addition to Kanban boards. Moreover, the estimation field is a plus that assists them in adhering to the scrum/agile process. I personally like the flexibility to tag people, configure process rules, set card limits, and manage a checklist of actions required to fulfill that card. I also keep a personal to-do list that opens up as soon as I log in and helps me stay on track myself.

Cons

Favro has some minor setbacks associated as well. For example, instead of downloading every attachment possible, there should be a double-click option to just open them. They really need to add the ability to move a card from a backlog to one or more columns on a Kanban board so that we can distinguish between a task that has the “Doing” status or “Done” etc. Placing a backlog card should be at the bottom of the list by default, but Favro puts it at the top of the first column.

Great for group collaborations.
Pros

I work in a multifunctional company with many departments working on their individual projects. Every now and then, there’s a need for two or more departments to collaborate with each other which created the need to have a software solution so that everything can be kept in one place. This is where Favro really shines. I was overjoyed to discover this application with such low monthly rates. Im not sure where to begin with the capabilities, but this software enables me to brainstorm, track, and plan ahead. It is compatible with both our phones and computers. The UI is very appealing and allows me to print project reports easily.

Cons

Favro is a new software on the market yet its highly dynamic. As for now, they have filled their arsenal with tons of features which I don’t feel can all be fully utilized. It would be good if they focus on what works well and improve that than having everything included with less polish. Another, much smaller, thing Id like is for all cards in a backlog to be automatically tagged with a tag as soon as theyre added to it. It would make it much easier to see what areas my team members are working on in the lanes.

The most powerful tool I have used!
Pros

I really appreciate the convenience of getting things up exactly how I want it in minutes. Favro is especially great at visualization, and I am yet to see something as powerful as this software. It has a sleek UI that combines collections, columns, boards (swim lanes), and cards at a single place and makes them flow effortlessly together. They also have a phone app with which I can access all of my collections at any moment. It is a good option for when I have an idea and want to add a new card.

Cons

I really don’t think anything is missing here. I have everything I need to complete my work. However, they should probably improve the phone app. It is completely functional but lacks the zooming feature of the desktop version so that I may get both overview and details on a single screen. Apart from this, I honestly don’t feel that they have anything to work on and would love to stay connected to this company.

It can be tailored to your requirements for all sorts of project management
Pros

Assigning tasks is easy, as is defining rules with Favro. Its really simple to use and maintain once youve established the rules and guidelines tailored to your processes. I advise investing some time in establishing procedures and guidelines to make your project management rock solid!

Cons

Project accounting is challenging because there is no centralized time tracking available. Its also lacking helpful Gantt charts or project completion graphs. For these features, I advise completing this platform with other tools. Integrations will help you make up for these drawbacks.

The Best Tool Ive Found for Project Management
Pros

My company relies on Favro as our goto tool for project management. We use it to organize various aspects such as invoices product roadmaps task assignments and scheduling blog posts and editorial calendars. The software's intuitiveness along with constant updates introducing new features greatly enhances our workflow. Favro has been instrumental in helping us organize projects set deadlines and prioritize effectively.

Cons

While Favro is highly intuitive there is a slight learning curve involved. It takes some time to explore and determine how to best utilize the platform. Although the provided templates are helpful having more options would further improve the experience.
