What I really like about the Fiverr Workspace dashboard is its intuitive navigation and the availability of multiple features. It is very easy to use, and you can easily activate the payment feature by connecting your Stripe or PayPal account. Additionally it provides proposal and contract features that allow for digital signing and sending.

Cons

So far I haven't encountered any issues and I am really enjoying Fiverr Workspace.

Fiverr Workspace needs a design update and there are still a few bugs that need to be resolved. Additionally, if you accidentally skip a transaction you can't go back and edit it.

Fiverr is very user friendly. You have the option to create gigs and sell your services or purchase services from others. Setting up your profile and billing is a smooth process as well. Fiverr has very requirements making it very accessible. I highly recommend it.

In my experience Fiverr doesn't make it easy enough to communicate with clients. I had a difficult time connecting with my service users and I hope that improves. Perhaps a more user friendly messaging interface would be better.

There two major issues I find out till this date. Fiverr has fake gigs and individuals with fake profiles who receive 5 star ratings. Additionally some sellers demand more money after completing the work.
