Pros

Honestly, the best part for me is how it handles the boring 'business' side of freelancing so I can focus on my actual work. I use it to send out contracts, and it’s just so smooth, once the client signs, it automatically creates the invoice for me. It makes me look much more professional than just sending a Word doc. I also really appreciate the 'Moms' assistant; it’s like having a polite secretary who pings clients when a payment is late so I don't have to have that awkward conversation myself.

Cons

It’s not perfect, though. The mobile app can be a bit hit-or-miss sometimes; I’ve noticed that if I track my time on my phone, it doesn't always show up on my laptop right away, which is a bit annoying when I'm trying to wrap up a project. Also, if you’re on the free version, you can't really change the look of your invoices much, they look fine, but you can’t fully make them your 'own' unless you pay for the pro version. Lastly, I wish their support had a live chat again because waiting for an email reply can feel like forever when you have a quick question.

Originally, when it was And.co support was great, they were adding new features. It was nice for the price to have invoicing, proposals in one software and the email alerts when stuff was paid or proposals were looked at was nice.

Cons

Since Fiver took over, the only support is via email, and they do not respond quickly to urgent issues like fixing issues with getting client payments from invoices. They also are not investing in the product, and no new features have been added for over 4 years.

The interface is well organized and visually attractive. Managing tasks is also a smooth process.

My experience with Fiverr has been flawless so far. I have no complaints whatsoever.

The only aspect thats not my favorite is the pricing, although it is still reasonable. If it could be slightly lower it would be even better.
