Pros
I am beyond impressed by this system! Using 'AND CO', I have effectively eliminated two separate, time-costly services (one of which required self-hosting an entire web platform) from my workflow, and it has done wonders for my productivity!
Cons

Pros
The team that supports the app provides the best customer service experience I've ever had. They are always cheerful and happy to help me.
Cons
As a fairly new service, it still lacks quite a few invoicing features that I'd like to see going forward, such as automated payment reminders with editable email messages and timers on a client basis rather than project-based. For example, I want to log time with a client that is billable.

“I Like "And Co" and Here's Why
Pros
The clean, uncluttered dashboard is fast-loading and easy for me to use. The professional invoices and payment pages are excellent. The dedicated support team is actually dedicated and committed to supporting members like me and addressing issues. Lastly, the total FREE-ness of it all (Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know... there's no such thing as a free lunch... thanks, Dad).
Cons
At times it is a bit buggy as they add features and work out the kinks, but what tool is not? If an issue really hinders my progress, I just contact support... it's that simple.

“A real lifesaver
Pros
My first time formally contracting for a client, and I needed a contract. AND CO not only gave me that for free but also time tracking, invoicing, and even payments! What a lifesaver!
Cons
Tracking activities is a little clunky, and they don't link to to-do tasks, which is a bit counterintuitive. I expected the to-do list to be customer-visible. It's okay because I use a different app for project management, and this app more than delivers in other areas.

Gorgeous admin panel. Super easy for me to use. It's got all the tools I need to manage my freelance projects and income. It even has the ability for me to send bills with payment links.

Pros
AND CO makes it easy for me to track time and is great for sending proposals and organizing templates. There are lots of great features that all the other invoicing and time tracking platforms have. Plus, AND CO is free, which makes it great for freelancers like me trying to save some budget.
Cons
The mobile app has given me some minor issues in the past, but with recent updates, everything runs smoothly.

It is easy for me to share proposals and get approval from clients. It's easy to share invoices and get paid.

Pros
The support is fantastic. I can invoice a project linked to a client or just the client itself. There are multiple ways for me to charge clients on projects. If I track time for a project, I can just click on it later, and it creates new entries.
Cons
I like the way it tracks my expenses because if linked to a project, it will be added automatically to the invoice.
