“Clean graphic interface

Pros

I really prefer its graphic interface compared to other similar software. It's much cleaner and easier to work with.

Cons

There's a "pass back" feature that can sometimes be confusing or not work the way you'd expect.

Pros

My company needed a way to quickly build a lot of SharePoint workflows to replace an old system we were retiring. I looked at a few options, but I went with Flowforma because during the free trial, I found I could build applications incredibly fast. While I have a programming background, you don't need one... it's truly no-code but having a logical mindset definitely helps.

Cons

Took me a little while to get used to not writing traditional if/then/else code like I did with SharePoint and InfoPath. But once I got the hang of Flowforma's way of doing things, it was fine. I really liked how easy it was to rearrange steps and questions and to reuse questions in different parts of a workflow. The one thing I missed was being able to copy or move business rules to different sections once I realized they'd work better elsewhere.

Pros

Love how easy it is to set up digital workflows and generate really valuable reports and insights for management.

Cons

We've run into a few limitations because it doesn't always integrate smoothly with some of the other tools we use.
