“Very Self explanatory, puts you in to a routine with daily checks rather quickly.
Pros
FreshCheq is a great addition to our team. It significantly reduces the amount of paperwork we used to deal with daily. It puts all our resources and tools right in the palm of our hands. It was quick to catch on and has become an indispensable part of our daily routine.
Cons
The only aspect I wish I had more control over is the ability to tweak features or make necessary changes specific to my store.

“Overall we like freshcheq just wish you could go back and edit an entry.
Pros
It surpasses paper line checks by a mile. It makes line checks much more time-efficient and easier to train staff on.
Cons
I dislike the fact that once you enter a temperature, you can't go back and edit it. I've accidentally entered 14 instead of 140 and couldn't edit it without starting a whole new line check.

“Generally very easy to use. Lags on occasion but not a huge deal.
Pros
The site is accessible on any smartphone, tablet or PC, and multiple people can work on the same or different checks simultaneously.
Cons
Occasionally, the site lags, which can cause problems when using a touch screen phone. For example, the temperature may not register correctly when I press enter. Usually, redoing the last measurement solves the issue, but it can be annoying.

Pros
It helps my company stay organized and keeps us on top of inventory and tasks that need completion.
Cons
At times, it behaves unpredictably and glitches, inputting information I didn't enter. I wish it had a notification feature to remind me when it's time to complete tasks on my to-do list.

Pros
FreshCheq is quite easy to use. The user interface is well-designed, and the ability to use it on any smart device is a definite plus. Once it's set up properly, checking items is a breeze.
Cons
It's not possible to customize items per station at the store level. Since all stores have different setups, it takes longer to complete the process because some items are duplicates or irrelevant.

“I have found it easy to keep and access all records pertaing to temperature checks.
Pros
I absolutely love how I can quickly and accurately record temperatures. It's a easy to use mainly when I need to recall a specific day or week.
Cons
I found that modifying the order of the logs wasn't as intuitive as I would have preferred. However, the support team was excellent.

I love that how Freshcheq keeps us organized which ensures that tasks are completed and providing accountability for accurate numbers. Being able to see exactly who performed each check at what time improves our accuracy.
Cons
It's cumbersome to use on tablets, especially when configuring lists and determining the desired item order. It's also challenging to remove items from the list. We have constantly changing limited-time offers (LTOs), and modifying any line check can be quite bothersome.

“So far we have had nothing but a great experience with Fresh Cheq. It is super easy to use.
Pros
The ease of use is its best feature. Recording temperatures is super simple, and it's easy to update the items being temped when needed. For a restaurant like ours that changes the menu every few weeks, this is extremely helpful.
Cons
The only thing I dislike is that once you enter a temperature, there's no way to go back and edit it. It's disheartening when you accidentally press a wrong number and receive a failing score for a 14-degree temperature instead of the intended 144!

Pros
The absence of paperwork to keep track of and having access to records at any time is fantastic. Everything is stored in one place as it eliminates the need to sift through paperwork.
Cons
There's not much wrong with the software, except for occasional freezing when you're halfway through a recording as it makes you to start over.

Cons

The ability to customize it to suit our store's needs ad the ease of use are great. The text reminders are a nice addition. I also love that we can set up the wide range of categories.
Cons
It's frustrating not being able to go back and reset the times for our temperatures. Having the ability to retroactively log our HAACP cooking records would be a useful feature to track and enter them at the end of our shifts.

It's much easier to stay organized, and there's no need to print papers. Everything is conveniently in one place. I no longer have to worry about spilled food on papers. Plus, I can easily tell if the staff is completing the checks from home.
Cons
There were instances when we accidentally entered the wrong numbers, and we couldn't go back to correct them. Staff members would forget to charge the iPad, and sometimes they would forget to perform the check entirely.

Freshcheq is an exceptional program that vividly reduces our paper usage on a daily basis. Before Freshcheq, we would go through almost half a ream of paper printing our checklists. Now, I can easily walk the line with my checklist in hand.
Cons
I would love to have more access to modify the setup of my checklists. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have better organization options.
