“Great restaurant software system
Pros
One of the things I love about this software is its time efficiency. It eliminates the need for paper as you can directly add your templates from your phone. FreshCheq is simple to use and set up as you don't have to be an expert to utilize it.
Cons
As technology progresses, I think it would be fantastic if they incorporated a drag and drop function and allowed offline work as well.

Pros
In general, it's an excellent solution that is easy to set up and doesn't require any hardware investment. The mobile interface is superb, making it ideal for managing multiple locations. It has significantly improved our process follow-up, especially in the kitchen.
Cons
Overall, it's very good. Any minor concerns I raised, the customer service quickly addressed them, so I'm personally satisfied with the product.

Pros
FreshCheq has been contributory in maintaining consistency with our temperature logs and food safety practices. Since we started using FreshCheq, we haven't missed a single temperature issue during our food safety evaluations.
Cons

The simplicity of the software is fantastic, and it's incredibly easy for staff to use. The text updates for managers are a great addition.
Cons
Sometimes, when we're closed or on a snow day, the app doesn't recognize it, so we can't prevent temperature entries on those days.

It would be more convenient if I didn't have to enter a PIN for each task. Once logged in, it would make sense to navigate between tasks without needing to re enter the PIN.

“A product in development that doesn't need extra hardware, but requires some patience.
Pros
It doesn't require any special hardware to operate. You can use any cell phone, tablet or computer. Unlike other temperature checking services that necessitate purchasing proprietary thermometers, this software doesn't have such requirements. Teaching others how to use the product doesn't take much time. The interface is relatively straightforward.
Cons
This product feels incomplete to me. It lacks flexibility for on-the-fly changes to usage and sequencing. The reporting system often malfunctions, showing incomplete processes incorrectly. It relies on internet access quality rather than being a true standalone product.

I'm thrilled with my purchase of this software. It's incredibly user-friendly and easy to set up. Considering what you get, it's a fantastic value. They constantly update the software to make operations even smoother. We use it for our food logs, checklists and closing responsibilities. It's fantastic to have all our temperature logs in one place when the food inspector visits; we can quickly access and share them. It's also a valuable tool for team accountability. I particularly like the newly created app that allows photo capture as well.

Cons
To see missed days, I have to use a computer. It's challenging to view on the phone. Additionally, if I enter the wrong temperature, I can't go back and change it.

Pros
FreshCheq is user-friendly as it eliminates the use of paper. It records daily, weekly and monthly data. You can communicate via text or email if a task needs completion or wasn't done.
Cons
It would be nice to have a feature where I could click and drag an item instead of using up and down arrows. As it is something that is a bit time-consuming.

Allows me to enter temperature data through my phone. We used to rely on paper logs, but as technology evolves so do our methods.
Cons
The time frames for each temperature log are strict. If you miss it, there is no going back to correct it later.
