It completely eliminates the need for paper records. Users receive text message reminders. It's simple to customize according to your business requirements. Multiple reports allow for detailed analysis of check/log usage. The tablet functionality provides portability. The log streak feature fosters healthy competition among businesses. The customer support is prompt and dependable.
Cons
Currently, there's no app available, so I have to rely on the web page, which can be inconvenient when using a tablet. It requires internet access.

Pros
It's highly user-friendly for teaching and using. The app is very intuitive, and you can easily use it on your phone or tablet while walking through the kitchen and conducting checks.
Cons
I wish there was an option to use a number pad instead of touch input because it can be a bit sensitive. Additionally, there are times when it lags slightly.

We love that it's mobile and works on any smart device. It gives us the flexibility to have multiple users on the software simultaneously. It's easier to access during audits from our home office or Ecosure.

From a broader perspective of managing multiple stores, it's great. I also like the seamless transition between stores. The text alerts are a nice touch, providing friendly reminders during busy rushes.
Cons
I believe that frequently having to log in is a challenge for many users. Moreover, having a dedicated app that can store data offline would be highly beneficial. Then, when connected to the internet, the data could be synchronized.

It's highly intuitive and has proven to be reliable. It saves time and money on office supplies since we no longer need to print checklists.
Cons
I believe there should be a review list at the end of each checklist, just in case I accidentally input the wrong number without noticing. While there's an option to redo an item, it's only effective if I catch the mistake.

Everything is centralized which eventually allows me to complete tasks in one location instead of dealing with paper and multiple clipboards.
Cons

“By doing Freshcheq you are checking equipment and food to make sure the temperature is correct.
Pros
I receive emails confirming that the stores have completed the temperature checks. It helps identify when equipment is not at the correct temperature. Management checks the equipment to ensure it's functioning properly. If a wrong number is entered, they have to recheck.
Cons
Encouraging the stores to conduct daily temperature checks is a challenge. They fail to understand the importance of it and often neglect to do it consistently.

“We love FeshCheq!
Pros
FreshCheq has significantly improved the consistency of our temperature logs and is incredibly user-friendly. I love that it sends reminder texts before a log is about to be missed. This ensures they are completed and not forgotten.
Cons
When we close due to weather or a holiday, we have to manually disable every log for the day and then enable them again for the following week. It would be great if there was a simpler way to handle that task.
