Pros
Without a doubt, my favorite feature of Harvestr is the help it offers and availability of the support team. It's rare to find such a support.
Cons
Initially, I contacted support with certain API integration requests that we believed were missing. However, within a matter of weeks, they delivered entirely new API endpoints that provided us with the required functionality. Their responsiveness was impressive.

Pros
Accessing Harvestr from just about anywhere has been a big plus for me like from email, Salesforce, the app, Slack and more. Also it is very user-friendly and keeping track of feedback is simple and easy.
Cons
It can be a bit crowded with information at times although the overall look is still appealing.

Pros
It is user friendly. Plus it keeps all the feedback from customers and colleagues in one place which makes it much simpler to stay organized. It also helps me share with my team what matters most to our customers and keep everyone aligned on the right priorities.
Cons
There is not much to complain about. A few minor UX quirks pop up now and then but nothing serious enough to cause any real problems.

Pros
Using Harvestr is not a problem once you get into it. Plus it has all the functionality we need to keep track of new platform features from the initial client request all the way through to final delivery.
Cons
The only downside is that it is a little complex at the start and it takes quite a bit of hands-on use before you really master it.

Pros
Being able to score discoveries organize them with sorting and filtering across different views and connect everything to GitHub has been really useful.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is giving clients the option to rate or vote on discoveries as well. They can already do that on roadmaps so having the same capability here would be a nice addition.

Getting Harvestr up and running was quick to configure and the support team has been fantastic as they really listen to feedback. The feature set you get for the price is excellent too and the integrations do a great job of centralizing all of our feedback in one place.
Cons
At this point I don't really have any complaints, aside from the roadmap feature not being available yet though I know it's already on the way.

Pulling in user feedback from different sources is really valuable and the many integrations are simple to connect. I also like being able to organize insights in a flexible, customizable way.
Cons
I'd really like to see is a Planning view so it's easier to track and share the roadmap with the rest of the company.

Harvestr is different because of how clean and simple the interface is for organizing customer feedback, ideas or discoveries by product component. Other tools may also track components but this one has a nested structure and flow that feels much more natural for how I manage products. It also connects really well with our FreshDesk help desk which helps the support team check the status of requests and with Jira, where we handle issue management. In short it has become the place where I collect feedback, review and prioritize it and manage my product backlog which also helps keep our sprint backlog organized and under control.
Cons
Their team has been very responsive the few times I have needed help. The only real downside compared with some other platforms is that it does not yet have a built-in roadmap. That said there are still workable options if you want to use something like Trello since the integration is there. From what I understand, they have already started building this feature into the product so this limitation should not be around for much longer.

Two parts of Harvestr have made a huge difference for us. The scoring feature is incredibly useful when it comes to prioritizing discoveries for the upcoming product roadmap and the Slack integration works really well for getting feedback shared across the entire team. Because of that, everyone feels like their input actually counts and they're much more motivated to contribute product feedback. Honestlythat level of team involvement would not have happened without this tool.
Cons
One thing we'd still like to see is a stronger product roadmap visualization tool although I know the team is already working on that feature.

Harvestr has been really useful for gathering feedback from our merchants, turning that input into feature requests and deciding what to prioritize next. Since it connects directly with Intercom, passing feedback into the system is very easy too. Overall it is great option if you want a simple way to prioritize product development based on customer feedback. On top of that the support from has been excellent as they are very responsive and helpful.
Cons
It would be even better if there were an algorithm that could automatically suggest duplicate or existing features.

Pros
Keeping up with my clients needs and requests is much simpler with it. The platform is also very user-friendly and the support is always available to help us get the most out of the service while continuing to improve it whenever we share feedback. I have been using it every week for the past year and I'd gladly continue with it for another year.
Cons
honestly it is hard to point out any real downsides. From time to time there are a few small issues but whenever they are reported, the team resolves them quickly.

One of the best parts has been the Intercom integration especially how it connects conversations to discoveries and lets us sort those discoveries by product components. Plus it makes the jump from a feature idea straight to the related customer conversation feel very natural.
Cons
Honestly nothing major comes to mind. A few things I wasn't happy with were shared with their support team and they actually made improvements to the product.

Harvestr is built for one core purpose and that is helping teams prioritize product development and it handles that job really well. Features that were missing the year before were added quickly and the product has improved a lot as a result. It now feels much more complete and on point.
Cons
Loading data can be a bit slow at times which gets irritating. That said it seems like the team is actively working to improve it.

Pros
Pulling user feedback from different places like email and Intercom into one shared space has been really valuable since nothing ends up getting buried or forgotten over time. Also it gives the team a dedicated area to collaborate and discuss inputs which makes it much easier to turn raw feedback into clearer discoveries that are ready to prioritize and act on. Grouping similar pieces of feedback under a single discovery works well and the custom scoring options make it practical to rank discoveries based on the criteria that matter most. On top of that the interface is very clean and well organized.
Cons
Earlier on a few parts of the interface felt slightly slow to respond although the latest updates seem to have taken care of that.
