I really appreciate this software's simplicity in project management. Additionally the customer support provided is exceptional and highly commendable.
Cons
Unfortunately the time tracking feature does not function effectively especially for employees. This is quite disappointing considering that it is an essential aspect of the software.

I am delighted with the flawless functionality of Insightful its userfriendly design logical pricing and responsive customer support.
Cons
It would have been preferable if the cost could have been slightly lower especially for lowerincome countries. Additionally integration with Zoho Books would have been a nice addition.
