“automates servicing and inspections seamlessly
Pros
We use it to handle all our scheduled equipment servicing and mandatory safety inspections automatically. This gives our location managers more time back, since they don't have to plan the checks themselves and we've also gotten rid of all the paper forms. The phone app lets me see how things are going without having to call the store and wait for them to scan and email a document.
Cons
I genuinely don't have any complaints. The platform is very simple to operate.

“easy for anyone to use
Pros
Our whole company uses it, from our shops and main office all the way to our vendors. We mainly log and fix problems but it's flexible enough for plenty of other jobs. The design is so clear that anyone can use it, anytime.
Cons
I haven't had any problems so far but I do plan to spend more time this year getting familiar with the phone app and the tasks feature.

“Easy task management, weak mobile app
Pros
Getting around is simple. I can quickly organize jobs, hand them off to others and make sure follow-up actions get done without a hitch.
Cons
The mobile app isn't the best right now. The main focus seems to be on the desktop version.

“Streamlines team tasks
Pros
Building my own checklists and assignments was a huge help for making sure our locations stayed on track. The live chat inside each task is great for getting immediate updates from the team. Plus it's really cut down on the endless email chains.
Cons
Right now the only way I know about new messages from stores is through email alerts which just adds to my crowded inbox. I'd love a small alert icon directly on the main dashboard.
