The phone app lets me see how things are going without having to call the store and wait for them to scan and email a document.

Our whole company uses it, from our shops and main office all the way to our vendors. We mainly log and fix problems but it's flexible enough for plenty of other jobs. The design is so clear that anyone can use it, anytime.
