“An invaluable tool for my business

Pros

Ever since I integrated Agiled into my new company it has proven to be an invaluable asset in streamlining operations and boosting productivity. Agiled is the perfect companion for both internal startup projects and the management of external projects for potential clients. With its comprehensive features I effortlessly handled Request for Proposals drafted essential contracts like Non-Disclosure Agreements and efficiently managed expenses and purchase invoices through Agiled's finance function. This provided a clear overview of financial transactions ensuring I stayed on top of my responsibilities. In terms of project management Agiled excelled offering powerful tools for milestone tracking task management and progress visualization through its Gantt Chart feature. Storing and organizing documents in wikis and contracts became a breeze saving valuable time and promoting seamless collaboration with my team. As my client base expands I eagerly anticipate utilizing Agiled's CRM capabilities to nurture and grow those relationships. Additionally with plans for team expansion the HRM feature will undoubtedly prove instrumental in effectively managing and maximizing the potential of my growing team.

Cons

The calendar and appointment booking system particularly for group appointments and managing availability is not accessible. The mind map feature for project management is also unavailable. We need a more intuitive and flexible sub-task and dependency Gantt chart enabling Excel upload/download and a crucial PDF/image download function for client facilitation. The absence of an archive system hampers the ability to archive completed projects causing design clutter. This is also essential for old invoices expense receipts etc. Integration with additional cloud storage options such as pCloud Box Dropbox etc. is necessary. Report creation is inflexible and there is a lack of analytics for time tracking. Custom entry of FX rates for invoicing expenses and other financial forms/reporting is not possible.

Affordability is a key highlight especially considering its unique features. The continuous addition of new features and improvements every month keeps it constantly improving. Agiled to me is like a business in a box covering everything from invoicing and project management to marketing and sales. The abundance of features may be overwhelming but it eliminates the need for other tools allowing everything to be done within the software.

Cons

I genuinely can't identify any downsides to Agiled. It stands as the ideal tool for any business owner or entrepreneur and I thoroughly enjoy using it. It's a necessary purchase for those aiming to elevate their business.

So far my experience with Agiled has been positive. The platform is intuitively designed and even tasks like setting up automations are relatively easy. I primarily utilize its invoicing project management and task management capabilities.

Cons

The only drawback is the sluggish updates to the API. Apart from that everything is excellent with new features being added every day.

Agile provides everything necessary for running a small business saving time and money by centralizing all needs in one user-friendly platform. My favorite features include CRM Project and Task Management. It also facilitates communication within the team.

Cons

To access more complex capabilities additional payments were required but I can't complain since it's still more affordable than alternative options. The abundance of options/features requires time to become familiar with the interface and complete the setup.

As a small business owner managing everything without switching between different apps is challenging. Agiled resolves this by managing all my business needs in one place offering ease of use and navigation. I appreciate the built-in invoicing feature and the user-friendly CRM. It's a must-have for business owners.

Cons

Until now Agiled has been fantastic. Having tried numerous business management apps none match the ease of use that Agiled offers. It effortlessly handles finances invoices contracts employees and more. Agiled saves me significant time and is worth every penny.

It's easy to jump into and offers in-depth functionality. If you're running a 5-50 person organization give Agiled a shot first.

Although lacking in features they are on the roadmap for future development.

The only suggestion is to upload more tutorials on their YouTube channel. While Suitedash was confusing this is one area where Suitedash excelled.

Setting it up may take time but considering the features every software has a learning curve making it more of a reality than a con.

Pros

This software excels in managing contracts proposals and e-signatures. It simplifies the process of keeping track of all paperwork and obtaining client signatures ultimately saving a considerable amount of time and hassle.

Cons

While the Software Chat is still under development Agiled's customer support through chat is exceptional. The responsive and helpful customer service answered all my questions and assisted in resolving my issue. Overall I am pleased with the chat support received.

Improvement is needed for the native mobile app although I heard they are releasing a new update.

Agiled.app is a program I absolutely adore! It effectively organizes my agency allowing me to send quotes/proposals manage clients collaborate on projects and communicate seamlessly. The extensive features especially for luxury experience designs planning and Content Creators make Agiled a lifesaver and a worthwhile investment.

The platform's current emphasis on employees doesn't align with my agency's exclusive dealings with independent contractors (ICs).
