Liquid Planner

Pros

With everyone on board, I can easily track others' progress and completed tasks.

Cons

It is not easy to use, it takes a lot of time. Transitioning from a program like Asana, I found LiquidPlanner to have a steep learning curve.

A bit too widgety

Pros

I can see a lot of features available, providing ample information about projects within my account.

Cons

Managing those bits of information is not very intuitive; I often find myself wondering, "Now, how do I do this?" without diving into the documentation.

Liquid Planner Review

Pros

Tracking time, closing tasks, and assigning tasks are all made easy with LiquidPlanner. While I have not created an entire folder yet, making tasks within one is a breeze.

Cons

On the Time Sheet page, there are instances where items do not transition to the next page unless pinned. It is also a hassle when tracking time for previous weeks as you have to hunt down tasks.

Cons

Setting up and deploying is extremely time-consuming, especially with frequent software changes, requiring extra time to maintain and reconfigure. It is also relatively expensive compared to similar applications.

Great web application but...

Pros

It is fantastic. It effortlessly handles hundreds of tasks, keeping everything organized. The unique views per team member and the powerful, always-updated schedule are particularly impressive.

Cons

The interface feels outdated, reminiscent of the 90s. And the mobile app does not serve much purpose.
