“inMotion ignite”
Pros
I really like the familiar categorization of projects. Also the usefulness of the markup tools and notes. If necessary, files can be downloaded for record-keeping purposes, ensuring all work remains within inMotion with a complete history.
Cons
Once you've approved something "as is" you cannot change your mind. This has resulted in additional versions being created to complete the project.

“Classic to Ignite”
Pros
The software is intuitive and continuously improves through regular updates. The proofing feature has proven particularly useful for marketing and web reviews. The feedback loop with users has been significantly enhanced compared to InMotion Classic.
Cons
When using a number of customized fields we often have to duplicate work by entering information in multiple screens.

“Routing Process is Great!”
Pros
The routing process is something I absolutely love. It greatly enhances accountability for requests.
Cons
It doesn't work well with the high volume of jobs our office handles daily. It is better suited for a smaller workload.

“InMotion is great when it works.”
Pros
The user interface is straightforward to learn, allowing collaboration with other team members. The ability to view proofs and provide comments within the platform greatly enhances the workflow between graphic designers and myself. Additionally the automation of certain job requests is a feature I find valuable.
Cons
My main issue is that InMotion sometimes fails to successfully transmit my job requests to the other party. Instead, I may receive an automated confirmation that the job request was sent but in reality, it wasn't. It's quite confusing and can affect turnaround time.

“InMotion”
Pros
The system excels in managing the flow of jobs. The alerts provided are highly beneficial for both designers and the team.
Cons
It's challenging to get an overview of the full scope of work without opening each job and searching for its location. Opening creative files can take longer than desired. Opening jobs in our department, given our scale is not an easy and time-efficient process.

“Great product, great company”
Pros
What impresses me most about inMotion is the continuous optimization based on user feedback. The inMotion team actively engages in feature discovery. They even call to understand what their customers desire from the platform and quickly implements those changes.
Cons
They have numerous fantastic ideas but I think not all can be implemented at once.

“Organization made easy”
Pros
This software is user friendly and covers the entire project management process smoothly. Stakeholders can submit requests, users can track their tasks and all proofing is conveniently stored within the system. Furthermore, every step is recorded making it easy to review the project history.
Cons
Some administrative tasks are still a bit hard to understand. However, the developers are always exploring upgrades and open to suggestions.

“Great product for project managing design work”
Pros
We have never had a decent project management system, especially one customized for designers. IMN has revolutionized our ability to coordinate projects and reviews, significantly enhancing our efficiency. The review system, which keeps everything centralized and eliminates the need for emails, is probably my favorite feature. Additionally, during meetings with my staff, I can effortlessly pull up the projects they are working on, check their progress and identify any obstacles.
Cons
We have made several detailed feature requests. An app was recently released for proof review but it lacks other features. Mobile access will greatly enhance the experience. The software runs quite slowly for a cloud-based solution, with each page taking forever to load. Sometimes, the level of details cause confusion. did we leave comments at the campaign, project, task or proof level for this particular aspect?

“InMotion Ignite review”
Pros
As we produce a huge number of ads within a short timeframe, this software has come in very handy in organizing our workflow.
Cons
I miss the precise timer feature from the previous version of inMotion. We used to track the time spent by our creative staff on tasks to estimate our workload and staffing requirements. Now everyone is resorting to "best guessing" their time spent.

“inMotion Review”
Pros
I really enjoyed the option to track all our projects. It's great that we can save files within the system and submitters can provide quick and straightforward instructions.
Cons
I understand it's an outdated browser but it would make our lives easier if users could utilize Internet Explorer. Additionally, I wish there was a way to adjust the project queue based on priorities rather than solely relying on due dates.
