We use Monitask as a time tracking tool in our organization since it provides a simple way to manage and monitor the progress of all the tasks. My team and I typically work together on this, making it simple for us to keep track of the tasks progress. There’s also a handy notification feature that reminds the team of any missed targets.

Cons

Our audits usually require the history logs to be of at least 6 months or preferably a year. But, Monitask only keeps only a small record of max two weeks which means I have to manually save all logs before they vanish.

Pros

All the team members can work together remotely and make notes as they go. It has the capability to simultaneously capture several monitors. which allows me to keep an eye on employee activity and also add comments for guidance. Pricing is also fair considering the load it takes off of your work routine.

Cons

There are some weird bugs, which is also fair since it is handling a lot of tasks at the same time. However, there should be a direct route from the tool to the web dashboard instead of clicking a button every single time.

Pros

This is one of the best applications for remote monitoring and its user-friendliness is impressive. I quickly adapted to it, from the time I install it. The real-time visibility feature works exceptionally well.
