I have tried many other options like Hubstaff and ActivTrack, but Monitask beats them in many aspects. Also the pricing structure is also far reasonable as compared to these competitors.

I have no complains as the tool is easy to use, offers multiple payment options and provides efficient schedule tracking.

Initially, I believed it was free, but the trial period turned out to be too short. When the trial ended, I wasn't able to retrieve my time tracking data or even check my status. This has negatively impacted me and made it difficult to create my invoice.

The design feels to basic or you can say cheap. Due to the software's origin in Russia, there is a sense of unease about the security of my data. If the design were more polished and the unexpected appearance of Russian language elements were eliminated, I would have more confidence in my purchase.

We use Monitask as a time tracking tool in our organization since it provides a simple way to manage and monitor the progress of all the tasks. My team and I typically work together on this, making it simple for us to keep track of the tasks progress. There’s also a handy notification feature that reminds the team of any missed targets.

Our audits usually require the history logs to be of at least 6 months or preferably a year. But, Monitask only keeps only a small record of max two weeks which means I have to manually save all logs before they vanish.

All the team members can work together remotely and make notes as they go. It has the capability to simultaneously capture several monitors. which allows me to keep an eye on employee activity and also add comments for guidance. Pricing is also fair considering the load it takes off of your work routine.

There are some weird bugs, which is also fair since it is handling a lot of tasks at the same time. However, there should be a direct route from the tool to the web dashboard instead of clicking a button every single time.
