Cons
This software is clumsy and stiff, and it lacks so many basic features that are essential for project management. Customer service is terrible, with long lines to speak with personnel who are reading from a script.

Cons
NetSuite OpenAir does not allow us to customize it to meet our specific project management needs. It is also quite a pricey project management software that does not allow for changes.
