The cost is lower than other similar options.
Cons
It's slow to open and move around in. You often have to take extra steps. Also customizing reports is very limited. It often crashes when used with markup tools.

It is easy to send large batches of drawings or official documents to the entire project group with proper delivery notes.
Cons
Getting familiar with the navigation takes some effort but you pick it up quickly.

“Good sharing feature but glitchy interface

“great for email organization
Pros
Our main use is for organizing project emails which it does brilliantly. It connects smoothly with Outlook and is very simple to operate. Finding old project details is effortless even if the original team members are no longer here. We used the external sharing and file transfer tools very effectively in the past though our company has mostly switched to newer platforms like OneDrive and Sharepoint for that now.
Cons
In my opinion the built-in document viewer isn't great. Staff often got annoyed during review sessions and found the PDF editing tools limited. We hardly use it anymore having switched to other viewers and markup programs.

“Organises architect reviews well
Pros
The default setup is focused on what architects need during construction.... handling requests for information, material approvals, site reports, change orders and more. Letting the builder send items straight to the correct engineer or consultant is crucial for cutting down review time and reducing digital paperwork which is a common hassle with other online systems.
Cons
I think the platform's tools for creating internal site reports and tracking construction defects are still weak. I continue to use other programs for those jobs.

“works well overall but lacks email and previews
Pros
No limit on team members for a single project. It makes sure material approvals and information requests get sent to the right construction admin contact in each specialty.
Cons
The system can't send or receive content through email. You can't generate small previews of drawings. You can't easily share marked-up drawings like on other systems. It's not well-suited for deficiency lists. The tool for tracking unresolved issues from site reports needs work. Printed site reports only show very small versions of inserted photos not the larger ones you see online.
