My favorite Personal Knowledge Management Tool

Pros

As a skill learning coach, Nimbus is essential for my business. I use it to teach others how to build their personal knowledge management systems. The ability to use my own domain and publish notes publicly is a huge plus.

Cons

It is not synched with Google Calendar. There are poor formatting options for the table block. It needs integration with Grammarly.

Best App to Keep Notes

Pros

Nimbus is the ultimate app for note-taking and managing text and media. It's incredibly user-friendly and perfect for sharing content with clients and colleagues. The frequent updates from the Nimbus team always keep things exciting.

Cons

I don't have any issues with it. Maybe the phone app is a little slower, so if I want to take a fast note on the phone, it takes time to open.

Excellent software. Very responsive team.

Pros

While I initially did not know about Notion, Nimbus has proven to be far superior in terms of advanced features, safety, and practicality. It is the best solution on the market, constantly updated with excellent support.

Cons

I have not encountered any bugs, although the app can be improved.

The best note taking app! Amazing complex solution to manage your ideas

Pros

Nimbus has become my go-to for daily organization. It helps me keep everything in one place, from link collections to archived articles and product guides. It's a central hub for all my ideas and scattered information, making it a versatile tool.

Cons

Sometimes there is weak synchronization, errors with synchronization.

Excelente, funcional e preciso.

Pros

The product is very easy to use, the organization of notes in folders and subfolders is very natural, like we use on our computer. The option of workspaces is excellent for focus. The mobile app is clean and functional. The commands are precise, everything works very well, without crashes or failures, it's efficient!

Cons

I have just two suggestions: 1) In the mobile app, there should be an option for a quick note, so I don't have to load the app before opening a note. 2) The column where the notebooks are could have an option to darken or lighten the gray background. Depending on the monitor, the default tone can look great, but on other monitors, it would be interesting to darken it a bit more.

Nimbus Note and Capture Review

Pros

The capture process in Nimbus makes it effortless to add context to my notes with screenshots or videos.

Cons

There is an issue with saving some videos that are originally in WebM format when I need to convert them to MP4. Sometimes the conversion process stalls at 99% and can sit there for days. It will not end with a successful conversion.

This app will surprise you.

Pros

From its ease of use to its speedy sync and media playback features, Nimbus ticks all the boxes for me.

Cons

I need reminder notifications and a section to centralize reminders (schedule). Enhance tables with greater customization flexibility. Simplify the way to download files by smartphone.

Awesome Business Tool - super easy and a joy to use

Pros

The ease of use and exceptional design make Nimbus a joy to work with, especially when creating documents.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like. How about adding a feature like a Trello board?

Great value for the money

Pros

Nimbus Note offers a plethora of features to organize and format notes effectively, from private and business workspaces to various options within notes themselves. The Evernote import feature worked flawlessly.

Cons

It is very slow sometimes. When I am typing my note, the app will freeze (web app or desktop app: same issue). I never had this problem with Evernote. It's very slow to sync. Results are not presented with the most recently created/edited files first, so I have to keep scrolling through dozens of notes until I find the one I created yesterday. The browser extension takes forever to capture a full page. Evernote did this very quickly in comparison. Trying to save a note from my Android phone (with the "share > Nimbus" feature) is cumbersome. I have to put the focus back to the title to add a title to my note; it's not prefilled by default, no auto-tagging, just a link to the page, no content capture. Don't get me wrong, it's still great value for the price, but there is still a long way to go until it's on par with Evernote.

The Leader in Enterprise Note Management

Pros

Discovering Nimbus Notes felt like finding the perfect solution I would been searching for. It combines the functionality of Evernote with the simplicity and sleekness of Notion. Setup was a breeze, and the user interface is top-notch.

Cons

There is really nothing I do not like about Nimbus, it literally has everything I could want.

Nimbus Review

Pros

I use Nimbus via the Chrome extension and it's been a success, especially for offline use and note management. I highly recommend the Nimbus add-on feature to all my friends for seamless note-taking while browsing.

Cons

Actually, I don't use every feature of Nimbus. I think that note management and content scanning features need to be developed more. With a little development, they could include me to use it outside of the Chrome extension.

Great alternative with extra features

Pros

It offers neat features that streamline note-taking across devices. Its quick access and responsive interface make it a standout choice, along with the ability to import notes from other apps.

Cons

Sometimes syncing is too slow when I expect real-time syncing. The tables' UX could be improved, and notesharing is not possible when the receiver of the shared note is not on desktop. That person needs to install the app if they only have mobile access, which is annoying.

So many use cases - a must have

Pros

What hooked me on Nimbus is its versatility. Originally a note-taking app, it now serves as our go-to for everything from project management to client portals. It's become an indispensable tool for our team.

Cons

From time to time, its speed is not the quickest, but there have been vast improvements on that front, so I'm not too concerned. When it comes to the tables, it lacks a couple of basic functions like pinning the first column/row and resizing all rows/columns. A couple more tweaks to add more flexibility to its public page presentation would take it to the next level.

Great feature-packed note taking app!

Pros

Nimbus is my go-to for note storage, especially with its seamless sharing options for my team. The customization features, like the dropdown menu, make organizing notes effortless.

Cons

Sometimes it can get a bit tricky for me to edit the text to my liking, since some options are quite hidden. For instance, in order to undo an action, I need to open up another menu, which can get annoying at times.

Nimbus Note Keeps Me Organized and Productive

Pros

I love how flexible Nimbus Note is for recording and organizing information. Whether it's jotting down quick notes or managing to-do lists and project ideas, it is become an essential tool for me both on my phone and desktop.

Cons

There is not a proper spreadsheet which I sometimes want to incorporate into what I'm doing. I can embed or link to a spreadsheet, but sometimes I just want to turn a table into a spreadsheet with totals, and I haven't discovered how to do that. Other than that, the tables are very flexible with a lot of different ways to use the cells for different formats.

Don't Overlook this Feature Rich & Affordable Product

Pros

Nimbus packs in lots of features without feeling restrictive, making it easy to manage multiple projects and collaborate seamlessly.

Good free to use extension

Pros

It is my go-to for work, thanks to its comprehensive feature set. The quick and easy access to video recording and screenshots, along with its intuitive interface, make it a winner.

Cons

The only downside of this extension is that there are times where the tools get stuck. Also, I can't really take a proper screenshot if there are two scrollable fragments on a single page, and sometimes when I do manage to take a screenshot of a scrollable page, it looks like it has been cut off or something. I am not too sure if these are bugs, but it can be a little bit inconvenient when I have a lot of workloads.

Makes life easier, able to take notes anywhere!

Pros

As a civil engineer, organizing information is crucial, and Nimbus Note makes it easy also the switch from Evernote was seamless, and the stellar customer support adds to its appeal.

Cons

I really don't have any big complaints about Nimbus Note. They are continuously improving themselves, and they need to work on syncing. I hope they can make a better workplace experience for us.

Much more than a note taking app

Pros

Nimbus is a powerhouse for note-taking and more, with business-friendly features like custom CNAME and screenshot capabilities via Nimbus Capture.

Cons

With all these advancements, the UI is still not that intuitive and clean. Also, the speed of the desktop and mobile clients is relatively slow compared to the web application.
