“My review on FuseBase
Pros
Their client engagement tracking has proven immensely beneficial for me. It offers valuable insights into client interactions with our content, helping me understand their preferences and behaviors better. Moreover, its centralized platform efficiently manages campaign feedback and revisions, saving me significant time and effort in client coordination. The feature allowing direct sharing of campaign analytics and reports with clients enhances transparency and accountability in our operations.
Cons
Actually, everything works pretty great for me. I really appreciate the flexibility of the platform, there is nothing to worry about or complain about here.

“A Practical Tool for Client Engagement
Pros
I have found FuseBase's client portal to be an indispensable tool for our daily operations. It facilitates the organized sharing of documents and supports various media formats, making communication smoother. The ability to chat directly with clients within the portal has significantly accelerated our communication, which is crucial for efficient collaboration.
Cons
There is not much to complain about with FuseBase. If I had to pick something, I would say having a few more options to customize the portal to match our company's style would be nice.

“Single solution that worked for me
Pros
If someone had told me a year ago that a single platform could revolutionize our agency's workflow, I would have been skeptical. However, FuseBase has proven me wrong by providing a seamless solution for file management, task coordination, collaboration, and reporting. It is a game-changer compared to the disjointed tools we used before.
Cons
Transitioning to new systems can be rocky, but we managed to do it almost seamlessly. So, I don't have any harsh comments to make.

“Great choice, especially portals
Pros
The most significant benefit I have experienced with FuseBase is its ability to elevate my approach to client management. The customizable portals allow me to provide a professional and branded experience for clients, enhancing their access to documents, communication, and feedback processes. It gives the impression of a larger, more sophisticated firm.

“Go with Notion or Coda
Pros
I can't think of anything positive to say. FuseBase's purported features are inaccessible, making their customer service significantly worse than competitors who offer more for less money.

My experience with customer service has been the worst. The product is buggy, and the portal feature is not available. It feels like they're resorting to stealing to make money.

“Five stars for this tool
Pros
Personally, I find the client portals offered by FuseBase to be the standout feature. They provide clients with an intuitive platform to stay updated and collaborate seamlessly, eliminating the need to navigate multiple systems. From project timelines to approvals, everything is conveniently organized within their portal, reducing unnecessary communication.
Cons
They are constantly launching updates, so it is no wonder their tool gets buggy at times. However, overall, everything is great.

“My prettier replacement for Evernote
Pros
I stumbled upon a lifetime deal for Nimbus Note and decided to give it a try as an alternative to Evernote. While similar in navigation, Nimbus Note's interface appealed to me more with its vibrant colors and customizable features. I particularly enjoy the variety of templates available for different purposes, making it ideal for team and client meetings.
Cons
The only thing that puts Notion above Nimbus for me is the vast amount of useful tutorials and tips due to Notion's rabid fan base. However, learning it was not too hard since it's similar enough to Evernote. While it does not have as many advanced features as Notion, it has everything I need, with the potential for more features in the future.

Pros
Their ease of use and versatile note formats, including PDF previews, image embedding, and AI capabilities, make it a valuable tool for various tasks.

Pros
One of Nimbus Note's standout features is its versatility and comprehensive note-taking capabilities. From text to images, audio, and web clippings, it offers a complete solution for managing information. The seamless synchronization across devices ensures accessibility, and the powerful search and tagging functionalities make retrieval quick and easy.
Cons
While Nimbus Note had many positive aspects, one thing I liked least was the occasional performance issues, especially with large note collections or attachments. Syncing or loading notes sometimes took longer than expected, which could be frustrating also user interface is functional and could benefit from refinements to enhance the overall user experience and make it more intuitive and visually appealing.

“Get Organized and Innovate with Nimbus Note
Pros
What distinguishes Nimbus Note from other note-taking apps is its integrated text editor, offering flexibility and ease of use. Its seamless sync across devices enhances accessibility, making it a top choice in note-taking apps.
Cons
One of the features I liked least about Nimbus Note was its lack of native integration with other note-taking apps. For instance, if you use Evernote or Google Docs, you have to manually copy and paste content between apps to share notes across platforms, which is inconvenient for users who prefer their notes to be accessible across multiple devices.

“Great alternative to other Note apps, with a lot of personalization.
Pros
There is so much to appreciate about Nimbus. I can create notes with various formatting options, including images, videos, and external elements like Iframes and JavaScript. Organization-wise, the ability to divide notes into workspaces with individual access is fantastic. Public notes with personalized branding and password protection add another layer of versatility.
Cons
There are some options to configure the text, but it would be great if I could set a global configuration, like setting all H1 to a certain size and color (per organization). I can manually update the color, though. It would be great to have an "Organization-wide" search option, rather than only per workspace. Due to all its options, sometimes it feels a bit slow to load, but I'm happy to wait a bit if I can take advantage of all the possibilities.

Pros
The product is very easy to use, the organization of notes in folders and subfolders is very natural, like we use on our computer. The option of workspaces is excellent for focus. The mobile app is clean and functional. The commands are precise, everything works very well, without crashes or failures, it's efficient!
Cons
I have just two suggestions: 1) In the mobile app, there should be an option for a quick note, so I don't have to load the app before opening a note. 2) The column where the notebooks are could have an option to darken or lighten the gray background. Depending on the monitor, the default tone can look great, but on other monitors, it would be interesting to darken it a bit more.

“Great value for the money
Pros
Nimbus Note offers a plethora of features to organize and format notes effectively, from private and business workspaces to various options within notes themselves. The Evernote import feature worked flawlessly.
Cons
It is very slow sometimes. When I am typing my note, the app will freeze (web app or desktop app: same issue). I never had this problem with Evernote. It's very slow to sync. Results are not presented with the most recently created/edited files first, so I have to keep scrolling through dozens of notes until I find the one I created yesterday. The browser extension takes forever to capture a full page. Evernote did this very quickly in comparison. Trying to save a note from my Android phone (with the "share > Nimbus" feature) is cumbersome. I have to put the focus back to the title to add a title to my note; it's not prefilled by default, no auto-tagging, just a link to the page, no content capture. Don't get me wrong, it's still great value for the price, but there is still a long way to go until it's on par with Evernote.
