It disappointed my expectations

Pros

ONLYOFFICE Workshop software is undeniably valuable in an office job like mine.

Cons

To be honest, even during the 30-day trial period, I find that the quality-price ratio is not compatible.

Lead management with plenty of options

Pros

It's an excellent tool for managing leads offering a great balance of power and flexibility. There are plenty of configuration options available so I can tailor pipelines, stages and follow-up processes exactly how my team works best..without being locked into a rigid, one-size-fits-all setup. It adapts to our sales flow, not the other way around.

Cons

I had a bit of difficulty during the implementation but overall it worked out very well.

The high level of customization and integration makes this software a really valuable tool, with excellent document management and strong data security.

Cons

It requires a fairly significant investment and the initial setup is quite complex.

compatibility and integrations shine

Pros

I have used it both as a workspace and as a document server connected to a third-party WebDAV. The setup is not simple so I strongly recommend running it as a Docker image on Linux. That said it offers a wide range of features and integrations. Plus its compatibility with Microsoft products is honestly impressive. Using the document server linked to a third-party DAV is especially useful. And The fact that it also runs on arm64 architecture makes it a great option for embedded systems.

Cons

One real downside is how hard it can be to locate documents created inside the platform when something goes wrong even for an administrator.

Brings in a lot of convenience

Pros

Having many different functions brought together in one piece of software is really amazing and makes it very practical to use.

Cons

Because it competes with a much more well known software, it often ends up being considered a second option.

Functional suite with handy tools

Pros

The suite works well and includes a wide range of tools even more than I was able to test. Also it was user-friendly from the first time I used it and let me get my work done quickly.

Cons

On the visual side there is still room for improvement and it could also benefit from adding more of the features competitors already offer especially when it comes to compatibility with other services.

The best collaboration tool

Pros

As a collaboration tool for sharing and managing documents, this has been one of the best options I've used and it's even free when hosted locally.

Cons

Keeping the formatting intact can be difficult with heavily designed documents created in MS Office and the PDF editing features still feel limited compared to more advanced tools.

Quite a budget friendly tool

Pros

Since I use Google Drive a lot, I always felt its formatting was just okay. ONLYOFFICE has been a much better fit because it gives me the familiar feel of Microsoft Office apps without the high cost. I also really like being able to save files in Microsoft Office formats like .docx which makes switching between Microsoft Office and ONLYOFFICE very convenient.

Cons

My only real issue with the program is that when I am using both Google Docs and this one, it tends to default to ONLYOFFICE and I end up having to sign in almost every time.

Works both on desktop and mobile

Pros

Sending a document to someone who is not already a user works well because they can download the software and open the file without much trouble. Typing and editing documents is also a simple task and it also handles files created in other software pretty well. One thing I really like is being able to keep working on a document from my phone if my computer shuts down. It also supports different file formats and makes calendar syncing convenient.

Cons

The biggest limitation is that Docs and Sheets do not offer a wide range of features. It is also frustrating that multiple users cannot work on the same document at the same time. On top of that the setup process is not very simple and can be hard to get through.

Allows secure collaboration for office files

Pros

ONLYOFFICE Workspace gives our organization a secure cloud-based space to create documents, collaborate with others and share files internally. It's also really useful that it supports a wide range of Microsoft Office document formats so working across different file types isn't a problem.

Cons

I feel like the interface could be a bit more user-friendly.

perfect fit for nonprofits

Pros

Running our non-profit has become much more manageable with this software because it covers pretty much everything we need in one place. The email and CRM integration is especially something I really enjoy and honestly I wish I had come across it much earlier when I was serving on the boards of other associations. Compared with using Google or similar environments to manage an organization, this feels far better suited to the job.

Cons

One thing I'd still love to see is support for automations through Integrately similar to Zapier. As that would let us connect website activity and interactions directly with the CRM and related workflows.

microsoft file support anywhere

Pros

Being able to open and save Microsoft document formats is a big plus and I can keep everything on my own server so it's available from anywhere as long as I have an internet connection.

Cons

It has been working really well for what I need overall. The only thing that throws me off a bit is understanding the different product options like business vs. personal and hosted vs. self-hosted.
