The ease with which I can use and integrate Ora with new team members is remarkable.

Cons

An Apple iOS app hasn't been fully launched yet but it's in the works. The integration with Slack or MS Teams is also on its way which will be fantastic.

“A project manager that does what you need and does it well

Pros

Ora is a visually appealing app that focuses on the essential tasks of a project management system with great proficiency. Here at Ora you will not find unnecessary and unproductive features. When starting with Ora, you create your first project, and unlike other applications that limit you to a specific framework like Kanban boards or task lists, Ora provides a wide range of templates tailored for various scenarios. These templates include events, issue tracking, Scrum layouts, simple to-do lists, and more. For advanced users, there's also the option to start from a blank canvas and design the perfect environment.

Cons

The comments within tasks are sorted from oldest to newest, which can be time-consuming to scroll through when threads become lengthy. It would be wonderful to have the option to reverse the sorting based on personal preference. Additionally, Ora doesn't currently have an iOS app. While it doesn't affect me significantly since I primarily work on my main computer, many others would benefit from a mobile experience. When functionality is not compromised using the mobile web version is fine. However, in the case of Ora the mobile browser version lacks the seamless experience of the desktop version.

“Finally! A PM software Dev team that gets it!

Pros

Words cannot describe all the advantages of this app. I have been using Asana for years and even introduced it to our company. However, Ora has figured out everything that frustrates me about Asana. From pipelines to Ora chat (coming soon), their handling of subtasks, sprints, project views, list types, agenda view, list actions, time tracking and timeline it's simply unbelievable what this team has created!

Honestly, at this stage the only thing I am eagerly waiting for is the availability of mobile apps for iPhone and iPad.

Pros

Ora removes all the aspects of project and task management that you dislike. Regardless of your team'\s size or their different roles Ora makes management unproblematic. With just a few clicks, you can easily set up and remove tasks, and change assignments.

Cons

It would be great if it had a mobile app like other tools in the same field, so I can use it on the go.

I switched from Trello to Ora and while I do miss a few features from Trello, overall Ora offers more and has a better user interface.

Even after a considerable amount of time since the announcement Ora still doesn't have an Android app.

Using Ora on a daily basis is so simple that I love the fact that even with almost zero learning curve, my team can use it without a problem. Its simplicity combined with an efficient and beautiful UI makes it clear and enjoyable to work with.

It is important for Ora to have a mobile app and some integrations in the near future.

I really like the ability to plan out projects such as websites and their content, using the various functionalities provided by Ora.

I wish there were more integrations with third-party apps that could automate content production for websites using this interface.

I personally use Ora to plan my projects, organize tasks and to have an overview of our teams productivity. I like the ability to keep track of other members' tasks as well.

If you are considering other apps for process management in your software development company, trust me and stop right now! Ora is the best solution available, hands down. With over two decades of programming experience and using various software utilities to manage teams, projects and more, I can confidently say that Ora is the top platform available today. Absolutely nothing! I used to wish for API and their responsive team recently released it and it's truly fantastic!

Ora provides the ability to customize and configure specific features for different projects. It also Offers more advanced features compared to Trello.

Firstly, there is a steep learning curve to fully utilize this tool. The configurations and understanding of certain features could be better documented.

Pros

Ora is without a doubt the ultimate project management tool for software development. It is very powerful and offers the best user experience compared to any other project management software I've used. Also it is not heavy and fast. The ability to add or remove modules based on project requirements is fantastic, ensuring it doesn't become overwhelmed with unnecessary features for simpler tasks.

Cons

Personally, the one major drawback is the fact that invoicing has been labeled as a "coming soon" feature for far too long without any progress. It is disheartening because the menu option exists but it's essentially useless as there is no functionality for it. When reaching out to support, it doesn't seem like it will be implemented anytime soon, which is misleading. I truly need that functionality, and without it, I've been forced to set aside Ora, despite it being my favorite tool to use.

Pros

The flawless design and user experience of Ora combine everything a software and product development team needs to manage their own projects and collaborate with clients. One of the features I love the most is the simple time tracking (play/pause) and the detailed reports that can be generated in minutes and delivered to clients.

Cons

I have access to some functionality on the board that I personally don't use such as Agenda Scheduling & Time-line. While it may be useful for managing longer projects and resources, it is not something I require.

Pros

The most significant advantage of using Ora was the "Plan and Track" feature. It is a feature that greatly helped our teams come together to accomplish their goals and tasks.

Cons

The customization options were fantastic although we did find that it can be a bit overwhelming for some team members when they misplace a tile or similar elements.

The ease of use, compatibility with Linux and being the best Ubuntu app available make Ora stand out in front of others.

The recurring task feature is only available with a pro subscription which requires payment.

“ORA has been our final stop for Project Coordination

Pros

I love that our project coordinator can effortlessly manage tasks and assign them to designers, developers and other creative staff. Every morning, each employee receives a task list and can track their time individually for each task. Additionally, they can create reports showing the time spent on each project/task. I can't praise this software enough.

Cons

There are a few minor bugs that I am sure they are working on resolving. Creating folders and organizing projects within them could be a bit more intuitive. Other than that, there's not much to complain about. The interface has a slight learning curve, but we have effortlessly utilized nearly every available feature.

This software includes all the necessary features and functionality for effective project management. The recent addition of a timeline feature has been helpful but the best feature for me is the time tracking. It allows easy tracking of time for each task and project, and the ability to configure and create templates for similar projects is incredibly useful.

Cons

Navigating and getting used to the interface wasn't exactly intuitive. It took me some time to learn how to find the specific functionality I needed. It's available, but I had to search for it.

I really like the ability to set up a project and easily keep track of the time spent on it. Assigning tasks to others is also a feature I like.

I don't find the product very user friendly. I believe it has immense potential but I'm not fully utilizing all its capabilities because I struggle with setting it up properly.

Ora offers a collection of features and regular updates that ensure stability. And this is what makes it suitable for various applications. The user interface is truly appealing, multiple reports are available and time tracking for each card is possible.

Cons

Occasionally, I encountered unexpected behavior when using Microsoft Edge so I switched to a different browser.

Pros

Ora allows me to synchronize tasks with my calendar and it offers a wide range of customizable settings and features. From time tracking to creating milestones, it provides great assistance in keeping me organized. I absolutely love it!

Cons

The only thing I would consider a downside is the absence of a mobile app at the moment but I came to know that they are actively working on it.
