“Ora - The best project management software i have seen
Pros
Undoubtedly, Ora is the best project management software I have ever owned. It is intuitive, packed with features that are required in a professional atmosphere which helps in organizing projects and keep things running smoothly.
Cons
It's a significant drawback for me that there is no online version. I often find myself working during long flights or in areas without internet access where having an online version is important.

“My brand new project management tool
Pros
Recently I started using Ora to efficiently manage my book publishing projects. It is truly remarkable how effortlessly it allows me to stay on top of everything and collaborate with other project stakeholders such as my editor. What is even better is that they offer a Mac desktop app which is a major plus for me.
Cons
So far, I haven't come across any negatives about Ora. It has been working well for me.

“Fits all my needs.
Pros
Honestly, during the first few days of using Ora, I found myself ticking boxes like "okay it has this and that feature too" Then, I grew concerned, wondering if there was something missing because other platforms usually charge for those additional features. However it turns out I was missing nothing. Ora is an all in one suite that eliminates the need to explore other services, learn their intricacies, and integrate them into your workflow. Everything you need is right there from day one.
Cons
There is no mobile app available. and the design of the project list isn't my favorite. But that's just a matter of personal preference.

“PM at is best, put Trello, Asana and a few other ones in a pot and stir it
Pros
Ora has been a complete game changer for us, revolutionizing task management and time tracking. Its intuitive interface facilitates seamless organization of both team and personal tasks. It has made project management so much more enjoyable for us, and we genuinely love using this software!
Cons
The fact that the iOS and Android app is still in development can be inconvenient. However if they follow their roadmap, it won't take a lot of time. Currently, it can be a bit frustrating if you rely on a smartphone app and need data that you've implemented in Ora.

“One of The Top Two Task Managers
Pros
Ora has significantly increased my overall productivity. It provides a clear and visually engaging plan for my goals which allows me to separate my professional and personal objectives. I love the flexibility it offers in terms of choosing different icons, backgrounds, and updates. Switching between Kanban and lists is effortless.
Cons
The customer service doesn't always respond quickly and their answers may not always be as detailed as desired. So some back and forth is sometimes expected.

“Great to standardize processes
Pros
Ora.pm has been helpful in standardizing our processes and maintaining a consistent workflow across all our tasks. The best part is that we can selectively share relevant information with different individuals within our organization. Most of my team members have their own designated folders which keeps things neat and tidy. With the ability to chat about tasks and projects, it has significantly reduced our reliance on email and WhatsApp for communication since all the information is readily accessible.
Cons
There are numerous templates and different workflow representations with customizable options. It does take some time to understand the variations and make the necessary adjustments. However an iOS app is currently lacking.

“The first Project Management Tool that I do really use (and enjoy using)
Pros
I am impressed with the tool's design, user-friendliness and the availability of range of features. From time tracking and reports to team chat and more Ora offers an great user experience. It is incredibly easy to navigate and there are pre-made templates available for quick setup. Personally, I'm a fan of its dark mode and the added sound and animation in the time tracking feature make the whole project feel like a game.
Cons
The only downside in my opinion is that it is a paid app. Trello and Asana offer free versions. Nevertheless, if you use the tool daily to manage a project or your entire workload, the cost is quite reasonable.

“Ora Review
Pros
Ora has really simplified the process of designing and launching a website. The distinct sections provided make it easy to add photos, essential content and securely share information. Instead of emailing passwords and other sensitive details, Ora provides a convenient storage space for hosting information, login credentials, and associated files.
Cons
I could have used a bit more guidance when I first started using the tool. I accidentally shared my own project instead of the correct one. Providing a few more details on the sharing process would be helpful. Although there are some instructions, as a first-time user, I found the transition between projects less obvious.

“Student review
Pros
Ora is a fantastic alternative to Jira and I also prefer it over Trello.
Cons
Encountering occasional issues like null pointers or similar code problems can be frustrating and interrupt the workflow. Additionally, the time tracking system is well-designed but the interface for adding an entry is extremely poor. Apologies for the strong term but it would be better to allow users to input values before making other changes and provide feedback on the validity of the "form." Moreover, when making adjustments, it would be more convenient if the end of the tracking time defaulted to the present moment, considering we often enter tasks upon completion (similar to changing time with a slider).

“Best Scrum App
Pros
The UI and UX of Ora are exceptional. In other words, it is simply beautiful. The sprint and scrum features are both fantastic and user-friendly. They even provide an Epic template.
Cons
It doesn't operate as swiftly as some competitors and it would be beneficial if they offered more integrations and an open API.

“Ora is a Must-Have for Keeping Daily Work Organized
Pros
Ora makes organizing multiple projects and planning my day a stress free process. I love being able to accurately plan my projects, set deadlines and have Ora automatically arrange all my tasks in an agenda view. Markdown and sub checklists are two other favorite features of mine, as they enhance the clarity of my tasks and ideas.
Cons
When browsing my projects, there is a lack of a folder tree view. Personally I prefer organizing my projects into folders and subfolders and having a tree view would greatly assist me in grasping the bigger picture of all my projects upon launching the program.

“The app I've always wanted
Pros
Ora simplifies the management of my tasks and projects. It seamlessly integrates with my Google Calendar which allows me to collaborate with teammates and provides various project views to keep me informed about what needs to be done and when.
Cons
Since the iOS app is still under development, I am currently limited to using Ora exclusively on my MacBook.

“A Project Management Tool that Checked All My Boxes
Pros
The setup process was incredibly intuitive. I really like the ready-made templates that come with it. As they offer excellent inspiration for structuring my own projects. The time tracker has been a major advantage for me, along with the ability to generate time reports. The recurring tasks feature is also highly beneficial.
Cons
At present, there is no mobile app available for this product. However, it's in the pipeline and if executed well, this tool would receive top marks from me. One notable aspect is that repeating tasks are not created immediately after completing the initial task but rather on the designated repetition date. It took some time to get accustomed to this, although it functions adequately. It's just different from what I'm accustomed to in other task applications.

“Project management, simplified.
Pros
Creating tasks, assigning tags and setting due dates can be accomplished in a fraction of the time compared to other project management tools. It is quite speedy.

“Powerful Project Management
Pros
This software is specifically designed with agile project management in mind. Ora offers numerous tools that streamline the entire process.
Cons
I have yet to come across a feature that doesn't live up to the standards set by Asana for example. The main aspect it lacks is a mobile app. Once they release it, Ora will undoubtedly be the best solution available for startup companies.

“like trello but more stylish and more to come
Pros
I discovered Ora through AppSumo and I have been blown away by its app design. I also love the fact that it offers dedicated apps for both Windows and Mac. I am collaborating with my team on multiple projects and everyone is very much excited about using Ora.
Cons
Having a mobile app would have been fantastic. However I have heard that they're planning to release one in a few months. I can't wait for it as the absence of a mobile app is the only downside I can think of!

Pros
I rely on this software to manage my project tasks at work. It also helps me handle time constraints and meet deadlines effectively.
Cons
The price is a bit high which makes it less frequently used in practice. Additionally, there are numerous pop ups that should be removed.
