I really like the personalization of the application to suit our company's services. We had a productive session with an admin who guided us through all the features and settings. Both the mobile and web versions of the application are quite user-friendly. Once we configure the settings, we can quickly create and close projects for our clients. What we love most about Orcatec are the key features that significantly speed up our work. The project management, digital invoicing and payment systems are exceptional. Working with Orcatec's digital invoice system is simple and flexible. We can customize every field value, generate multiple estimates for our customers with just one click, and easily send them via SMS and email. It allows us to create sections, set up taxes, rebates, discounts with expiration dates, and add additional fees to each payment. I also appreciate the notifications when a project is accepted. For example, after a project is signed, it automatically changes the status to "contact," and my team members receive a notification.

Cons

One drawback we found in Orcatec is the inability to add taxes to individual items, only to the entire project. However, we have already contacted support and suggested this feature, and they promised to implement it by the end of May.
