Phone app has had some issues and quirks which disappointed me a bit. Also I am waiting for a schedule update to fully implement it.

Paskr software is a well designed solution for everything from bidding to closeout and everything in between. PASKR is very powerful and frees up my time to pursue more work or focus on ongoing projects instead of handling administrative tasks.

Cons

PASKR listens to user feedback and is constantly making improvements. So at this point I do not see anything that needs further enhancement.

Paskr is a well designed software. Also it is very helpful tool for keeping projects organized, from estimating to project management. What really sets it apart is the exceptional customer support. I highly recommend it!

Cons

The mobile app could use some improvements. It can be glitchy and sometimes crashes. Even though its good app as they are continuously working on resolving these issues. They are open to feedback and take action on it.

Pros

PASKR has many features that simplify our work at the construction company. I titled my review (consolidation, efficiency, support) for a reason. PASKR allows us to unify various documents across all construction phases. Its frustrating and inefficient when team members use different formats and systems for tasks but PASKR helps bring everyone together which eventually ensures consistent documentation across projects. It also facilitates access and communication with our subcontractors allowing them to efficiently get all relevant job details. Our onsite team particularly values the punchlist feature as it lets them compile fixes and improvements, assign subcontractor responsibilities, document issues and send emails to communicate needs directly. Last but not least the support from PASKR is supreme compared to other construction software I have used in the past. Their technical support agents are available by chat every day to answer any questions and there is also a large video library of tutorials.

Cons

Estimating templates could be updated to include cost code specific pricing for each product type.

Pros

What stands out most to me are the features used during bidding and estimating from handling invitations to generating reports.

Cons

As with any software, there are minor changes I did make if I were a programmer but I cannot. However the good part is that PASKR is always open to suggestions for making the user experience better.

Pros

Paskr is continually evolving to make our project management work faster and more efficient. Also it is easy to navigate and manages everything from RFIs, meetings, submittals, daily logs and more. Its widely used across our company by site supervisors, project managers and estimators alike. It simplifies sending bids, addendums, ASIs, PCOs and COs to subcontractors.

Cons

One issue I can think of is that its not compatible with all software. However the PASKR team is dedicated to making the program as comprehensive as possible from issuing contracts to accounting integrations and everything in between.

Pros

Well the productivity Paskr brings to our organization is valuable. The streamlined processes have reduced our paperwork a lot. Furthermore it saves us time and money daily and provides checks and balances for our project finances and processes.

Cons

At times there are programming issues but PASKR usually fixes them quickly. I wish the planroom were more intuitive and that marking up plans was easier. Additionally I did like the program to offer more customization options for document approvals. For example, I want to restrict certain rights for individuals but doing so affects everyone in that category for example superintendents, project managers accountants

Pros

Paskr is very easy to use. Once our companys contacts were integrated, we were up and running almost immediately. The integration of estimates, contracts and project management is a huge time saver. The chat support and training are excellent!

Cons

It would be helpful if we could modify or customize reports. We also face internal challenges with contract approval. Some of these issues stem from adjusting to the PASKR way but additional customization and expanding contact options at the job level for subcontractors would be beneficial.

Pros

The project management web interface is pretty easy to navigate. After the initial setup and learning curve it has saved us a lot of time with processing contracts, change orders and more. Also it is excellent for field documentation and communication with the office.

Cons

System needs to be more adaptable. The purchase order process requires improvement and reports could be more customizable and easier to interpret.

I really like how a general contractor can send an invitation email through this platform and one more thing is that it is wellorganized.

Cons

Layout does not give a vibrant feel to me. When you work on a computer all day, the dull background and colors do not make the day any better. I wish they look into it and make few changes accordingly

With PAskr it is pretty easy to draft and finalize a contract. Also it makes editing and completing contracts a hassle free task.

I wish the mobile app operated more like the website.

Billing module is fantastic and saves us a lot of time each month. Contracting is also greatly simplified through this system.

Cons

Scheduling module is being refined and improved. Once thats complete I believe the integration will be seamless.

As per me the pricing structure offers the best value available. The staff are easy to reach whether for tech support or development inquiries.

Cons

Like most software it has its limitations. To make the most of it, you need to stay committed and fully transition from your current system or software. Since we are a development and construction company, the softwares construction focus can sometimes present unique challenges.

Pros

PASKR is an excellent tool for managing all necessary construction management documentation, from bidding to closeout in one easily navigable space. A major advantage is how PASKR helps us standardize all our project management procedures such as subcontracts, billing, submittals and progress meetings.

Cons

One challenge I face is getting old school subcontractors or owner representatives to adopt the software. It can be quite difficult to get them on board. However once they understand the basics, they usually learn its benefits quickly.

Order and organization PASKR has introduced to our previously unstructured approach to construction management have been remarkable. We can concentrate on production because the administrative tasks are handled well.

As with any new concept, there was a learning curve. But if your team is dedicated to integrating it the benefits will be huge.

Paskr assists project managers with the bidding process, subcontracts and change orders. Its a great solution for project management.

We are still not having much success with our bridge module. Not everything is functioning as expected.

Pros

Project Managers can handle their projects from bidding to closeout using PASKR. Since PASKR is cloud based, its accessible from anywhere whether on the job site or in the office. It integrates with multiple software programs to minimize data entry and subcontracts can submit all construction documents, including invoices through PASKR.

Cons

I would like to see a report writer feature added. While the PASKR reports are excellent for project managers they could be improved for accountants.

Pros

PASKR provides excellent organization, clean bookkeeping, comprehensive subcontract management and clear instructions for both employees and subcontractors.

Cons

We use Sage 300 which has been unwilling to integrate with PASKR. This is not a problem with PASKR itself but its our biggest challenge to address. We have been using Sage 300 for over 12 years so we have been able to find workarounds.
