Pros

Several features stand out with this software such as 1- The integration between estimating and operations saves us time. 2- Drafting contracts and exhibits is very easy. 3- The check and balancing process might be a bit difficult initially but it helps us avoid contractual mistakes. 4- Approving subcontractor invoices is easy and ensures all documentation is in order. 5- Technical support is fantastic!

Cons

We use the timesheet module of this software and believe it could be improved further.

“Inaccurate Depiction

Pros

PASKR unites all projects, files, time sheets and more in one place. The estimating feature is great for sending bid invitations. Responses from PASKR support are very prompt. Managing and collecting lien waivers is also easier.

Cons

Integration with QuickBooks is not as smooth and the software is not as customizable as we would like. Each contact for customers and subcontractors needs to create a login to sign subcontracts and submit invoices. Additionally general contractors cannot upload subcontractor invoices received via email or mail to PASKR like they can with subcontractor bids. Instead subcontractors must log in and enter their amounts, but they cannot attach their invoices. The dashboard does not notify users of new documents or correspondence so everything is sent through personal email. User permissions are also less customizable than initially indicated.

“Paksr Project Management

Pros

Paskr is a very thorough application with both mobile and desktop (web browser) versions. Being cloud based keeps all users updated and allows sharing of project information. The customer service and training are generally excellent.

Cons

There are inconsistencies between the desktop (web browser) and mobile app interfaces. Some modules are a bit awkward to use and there is no option to add contacts and cost codes on the fly.

Pros

PASKR offers various project management features which includes monitoring project purchases, subcontractor management and billing. Time management is also included. The customer service is outstanding with responsive and knowledgeable representatives available via chat when we face challenges. The customer service and programming teams at PASKR have consistently been helpful and accommodating which aids in making the software.

Cons

I do not have any serious dislikes at the moment. As mentioned the PASKR team is very accommodating.
