Paskr is really easy to use, and I really like how simple it makes bidding on and awarding subcontracts.
Cons
It is not a con but me personally prefer using the live help line over the online chat.

“Perfect fit for large projects
Pros
Customer support is really the best. Also I really like how easy the messenger feature is to use. Overall, it does a great job of helping me organize our projects.
Cons
Well it's not always the most helpful for smaller projects. And the recent changes to the platform, where a subcontractor has to approve any changes past a certain point, are really inconvenient for how we use it.

Pros
The integration went smoothly for me. Plus I really enjoy writing contracts and change orders, creating owner billing and managing bid requests with RTG. Everything is fast and pretty simple. In short we able to increase productivity with RTG and all the project managers love the quickness of writing contracts.
Cons
One issue I have noticed is that spell check feature often does not work or performs really slow at times.

Pros
What I like most about RedTeam Go is the accounting features. Everything I need is right there and my project managers can easily track owner and subcontractor payments without having to bother me. Honestly, I wouldn't want to work without it as it's become our main hub for project management.
Cons
Some of the filter options in the accounting section could be better, I think.

Features I find most useful are the bidding process and the contracts for subcontractors and owners.

I love how it helps with sending out ITBs and keeping track of all the responses. In short it's really great for staying organized.
Cons
The project hyperlink definitely needs some work. Subcontractors are able to create multiple companies and contact records, which causes a lot of confusion. Also, the subcontractor quotes are not being delivered to the contractor automatically, so we have to go through each project manually to check for them. It's a bit of a hassle.

Paskr customer support is simply the best as they are always available whenever we need help. Plus the job pricing worksheet is also very helpful!
Cons
Some design and development issues really affect how easy it is for superintendents and subcontractors to use. Plus it isn't highly intuitive for subcontractors, which makes things more difficult for us than they should be.

Well, not only do I find it quite easy to use but I also love that there's a knowledge base available thats quite helpful when I need it.
Cons
There are a few bugs that I noticed but the good thing is that the support team is addressing them.

It's a complete software that includes desktop and mobile apps. Thanks to the cloud, all our team members can access and share project information, making things so much easier for us as a team. And the majority of the time, customer service and training are excellent.
Cons
The desktop version has a pretty consistent, user-friendly interface which is great. However, I've noticed that some modules can be a bit tricky to use, and not being able to instantly add contacts or expense codes is pretty annoying.

Pros
Being able to handle multiple tasks at once allows us to accomplish more with smaller teams. In short the whole experience has really helped us streamline our operations and the customer support is top-notch.
Cons
Well I think the schedule integration could be a lot better if it synced with Microsoft Project. Also, some of the cost tracking reports are a bit tricky to put together since they don't always have all the info in one spot.

Pros
Overall, the interface is clean and easy to navigate and it's pretty simple to learn. Also setting up the project budget in the project budget worksheet is a simple task and the subcontract management is great too. Plus it's project-specific and I can easily update and edit the subcontract template for each subcontractor. Moreover sending it off for electronic signatures is really simple.
Cons
The scheduling feature is quite off and doesn't always sync well when updating from the daily report section on the mobile app. That being said, I did get a sneak peek at the new version that's in the alpha testing phase before the beta release and it looks like they have made some huge improvements. I'm really excited for the official release.

Pros
I love that there's just one entry and I do not have to worry about dealing with duplicate spreadsheets anymore, which is a huge plus. Also the customer service is also fantastic. And working with the support team has honestly been a pleasure.

Pros
What I find most impressive about Paskr is that it is hands down the most comprehensive project management tool we've ever used. On top of that, the time we save on contracts and change orders is huge for us. Our old methods were outdated but this software has really helped us organize our documents way better and stay focused on managing our projects more efficiently.
Cons
I do not suggest using the scheduling feature of this software. It does not perform as well as Microsoft Project. Well it is not a big issue for us since we just upload our Microsoft Project schedules into PASKR once they are completed.
