“Great… When It’s Not Glitching

Pros

As an employer overseeing a team of over 50 employees with round the clock schedules, having this app functioning properly is a priceless tool for me as. It is location-targeted for clocking in, compatible with both iPhone and Android devices and exceptionally user-friendly, even for my less tech-savvy employees.

Cons

There are several issues I would like to pin point. Such as the app constantly malfunctions; whether it's due to phone updates, app updates without corresponding phone updates or seemingly random occurrences (well, not really, but it feels that way). In the past 6 months Twice it happened that more than half of my employees were locked out of their apps. Thet were unable to clock in or out through the app. Consequently, I had to manually manage their time cards. To make matters worse, when we tried to regain access, it kept requesting a PIN that we had never set. It took an eternity to reach someone in support who could assist us. And the geo-targeted feature only works when clocking in, failing to automatically clock employees out when they leave the workplace. Once off premises they are unable to clock out. This means that if anyone forgets to clock out before driving too far from the building, I have to manually edit their time cards for lunch breaks and end of shifts.

“Fast & Easy Time Entry

Pros

I really like the feature that allows me to quickly copy my time entry for one day and apply it to the entire week. This enables me to enter my time promptly and eliminates the risk of forgetting to do so.

Cons

I strongly believe there should be a quicker method to enter time. It would be great if it could pre fill based on previous weeks. It would need us only to make adjustments or give approval.

“Smooth Once You Get Past Setup

Pros

It is remarkably simple to use and well-explained. And it fulfills all my expectations smoothly. I don't have to search for what I need because it's exactly where I anticipate it to be.

Cons

The data entry on my Android device appears slightly awkward but not to the extent that it makes me thing I should not use it. I would have organized it slightly differently. However, this is only a minor drawback I can think of right now.

Pros

The setup and usage are two of the easiest things to do while using this product. The ability to copy time for a single day and apply it throughout the week is a great feature. There's also the convenience of automatic notifications to the employer when an employee submits their time.

Cons

It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows users to indicate when they are on vacation. Apart from that, this software offers the most basic timekeeping functionality, making it a great choice if you want to avoid confusion.

“No-Frills, Just Gets the Job Done

Pros

During my time in the Recruiting Staffing/Industry I utilized Peoplenet for basic timekeeping across multiple clients. It worked smoothly. also setting it up for multiple users and administrators was easy and new users quickly understood its functionality.

Cons

No cons to mention so far.

Pros

It was quite user-friendly which makes few things simple. Such as to correct mistakes or errors. I would recommend it as a good starting point.

Cons

While it was easy to use as mentioned before, it felt somewhat outdated. There are newer, better software and programs available.
