Pros

I can track every expense in Procim, from cash payments to invoices and that gives me a clear history of project costs. Because of that level of transparency, I'm able to plan my budget more accurately and avoid getting surprised by extra charges at the end of a project. That kind of visibility has been really valuable for me.

Cons

One thing I've struggled with is reporting. When I need to generate reports I end up spending a lot of time sorting and organizing everything before it's ready to share with clients or use for status updates. In my experience the process feels laggy and it makes sharing financial details with the rest of the team more problematic than it should be.
