As a manager who heavily relies on document management, I can not recommend Project DocControl enough. The features it offers are truly remarkable.

Exploring and grasping all the features may take some time, but it is definitely worthwhile to familiarize yourself with them before starting a project.

Project DocControl is a robust, user-friendly project management application that suits subcontractors perfectly. Its intuitiveness makes it accessible to anyone with basic Microsoft skills. It efficiently handles all essential functions for project managers, from RFIs to submittals, POs, subcontracting, and more.

I wish customization was more straightforward; some forms do not present information exactly as I'd like.

This software is excellent for collaborative projects. Taking notes and communicating with team members is seamless. Saving and updating files and notes is a breeze.

Tracking RFIs, NCNs, and Submittals is a breeze with this software. Generating and searching reports is effortless. It has significantly improved our company's operations.

Pros

Being able to track the status of RFI's, Change Orders, and Submittals is invaluable. The reports it generates are fantastic for meetings, allowing me to inquire about progress or delays and distribute copies to everyone involved.

Cons

I find it frustrating that I can't adjust column widths in the Payment Application to provide more detailed descriptions without resorting to printing a more elaborate report.
