“Microsoft Project Review”

While generally trouble-free handling heavy video files might present difficulties in reducing PPT size.

“Good Concept”
Pros
The software's user-friendliness improves with time though initial usage poses challenges.
Cons
It's kind of unbelievable that you can't open two project windows next to each other... figured this would have been worked out a LONG time ago. Whether you're managing multiple projects at a time or using one project schedule for a reference for another project schedule this feature is a MUST. Almost ruins the software for me.

From my experience a major drawback is the relatively high cost of MS Project and its exclusion from the general office package ("Office Pro" package includes MS Project) which may not be ideal for projects on a tight budget.
