I find ProjectManager.com PM.com extremely userfriendly. We transitioned from using separate systems for project management resource tracking and reporting and this tool has streamlined our processes significantly. Its a vital part of my daily work helping us manage around 300 projects and 70 resources efficiently. The Workload board displaying resource availability is a standout feature. The support and product teams are receptive to suggestions for new features many of which theyve already implemented. Id recommend it to anyone seeking a new system for portfolio and project management.

Cons

There are a few areas that could use improvement like the task linking and change visualization. Some reports could benefit from additional filters but they are working on it. However the advantages far outweigh the drawbacks.
