A Disappointing Experience

Pros

The dashboards and graphs initially intrigued me but I soon realized these could be created in Excel. It would have been a better choice from the start.

Cons

Unfortunately my experience with PM.com has been frustrating. You cant customize reports graphs or dashboards and exporting and reimporting your project plan can lead to a loss of formatting. Their customer service has been far from satisfactory.

A Regretful Decision

Pros

Unfortunately I cant mention any pros because I never received a demonstration despite numerous requests. Their unprofessionalism was glaring.

Cons

My interaction with PM.com has been highly disappointing. They accepted payment without providing the promised demonstration and avoided personal communication. It feels like a scam.

A Promising Tool with Billing Woes

Cons

The issue lies in the billing and pricing system which has been problematic. We were billed without consent after a demo and struggled to cancel our subscription due to a lack of online options.
