The project manager actually keeps your budget in mind and gives you the option to design a reasonably thorough project plan with due dates that you can have shown in a Gantt chart for meetings. It works well for simple projects with a manageable task list and enables the team to monitor their time in order to see a report on the project budget and the cost of finishing the project. The UI can be a little challenging to be comfortable with since they have recently revised it and given it a whole new look. I appreciate the revised UI as well, though.

Cons

I feel that they have lacked focus on the reporting module, where it should have been the most focused one. The reporting is a little difficult and misses out on the formats that can filter in and out specific criteria and are a little more adaptable, and that would be something I’d like to see added to this software.

Pros

A project manager allows you to, well, manage a projects timeline with the highest level of accuracy. Individuals can be assigned with broken-down subtasks, and this creates a studio schedule that you can use to determine whether or not peoples time is being used effectively. The reporting tool also enables forecasting for the future to determine how much the studio can be expanded based on its current capacity. Its also very accessible since it is cloud-based and the connection is very stable. The ability to set each persons working days and hours allows for more precise capacity planning as well.

Cons

In my opinion, some things should be added to make it more refined. like a different color in the workload view for future projects and those that are approaching deadline. They should also allow us to add project names in addition to the task name on the calendar RSS feed so that all of your tasks dont appear to have the same name (to make them easier to distinguish). Additionally, I would appreciate it if they introduced a separate PDF format when saving project plans that is more user-readable. as it is currently difficult to read in this format and tough to share with clients.

Pros

It enhances the team’s collaboration with each other with plans that are simple to create, implement, and share. It is very customizable and offers a level of flexibility in adding new fields that I have never experienced before. The diaries are starting to be used by teams so they can see what they should be working on and when. It also promotes transparency because everyone’s progress is visible to others, and the managers don’t really need to touch the employees every now and then.

Cons

I know my name is Karen, and I dont want to act like Karen here. However, when there are just a few too many projects going on, it quickly becomes difficult to keep track of what everyone else is doing and when. If you havent already broken down the tasks yourself. There is no real way to break them down afterwards or get an overview of the projects.

The software has a few bugs that can limit its full potential. It also requires manual data entry and resource allocation which can be timeconsuming. Additionally customer support needs improvement.
