It is easy to get an overview of my work for the day, week, or month and drill down into individual projects also there is a good range of functionality for applying for leave, managing expenses, and reporting.
Cons
Having options for different color schemes or text sizes would be a nice addition.

Adding time and comments is a breeze, and resource planning is clear. Managing leave is simple too.
Cons
The only minor issue I can think of is with leave requests. The end date entry states 'First day back', which is a bit unusual compared to what I am used to, but it is not a major problem.
