ProProfs is amazing for detailed project management.

Pros

ProProfs has been amazing for my design firm and for the past three years, I have utilized the software on a daily basis. While working on tasks, ProProfs helps me to effortlessly organize all the projects, set due dates, and track my and my team’s hours accurately. After a project is completed, I can simply create the invoice directly from the software, which automatically sums up the hours at a rate I fixed earlier and allows me to submit the invoice all in a matter of minutes. I am pretty sure I’ll be staying with Proprofs for a very long time.

Cons

I use timers to log hours worked by the entire team and myself. The only thing that I can count as a “con” is that it does not remind me when I complete a workday and leave my timer running. It has sometimes kept running the entire weekend which was an inconvenience that I wasn’t ready for. It can be worked around but an official fix would be really appreciated. Other than this, there’s nothing wrong with ProProfs.
