“Rally Reivews
Pros
The best part of this software for me is project management. It helps our organization track projects effectively. I can divide a project into multiple sub-projects using EPICs and L2s, making it easier for the team to achieve project deliverables by completing various EPICs. It supports agile methodology, enabling continuous deliveries.

“Excellent Project Management Platform - Rally
Pros
The most important feature I use daily is project management. I create features, split up user stories for better management, track time, and manage tasks for user stories to monitor feature completion.
Cons
The support could be more effective for any queries or cases I create. There could be more UI features that the Rally product team could introduce for a better user experience. The pricing could be better when purchasing bundles and packages with heavy user licenses.

“An ok software, but there are better
Pros
I enjoy the dragging option and the fact that it is not 100% customizable, which makes it easy to use once you learn it. It simplifies tracking tasks and bugs, making the process clear and straightforward.
Cons
I am missing better integration with other services, like GitHub. I wish the UI would get a facelift so it would look better, cleaner, and more modern. Adding user stories and defects takes a learning curve.

Pros
I found it easy to learn. It allows me to keep track from Epic to task level efficiently, helps with quick standup meeting updates, and provides good reports on project and sprint progress.

Pros
It is a ticket management software, and it performs this function well, but that is about all it excels at. It has many issues.
Cons

“User Stories/ Tasks Review
Pros
I find it to be a good tool for tracking day-to-day work and the team's workload.

Tasks do not reflect under individual workflows if the main user story is assigned to a different user's name. Teamboard is an example of this issue.

“Best Agile Tracking Tool
Pros
Rally is the best tool I have used for agile development tracking. The UI is the clearest, and the layout is the most intuitive I've seen on the market. It's easy to display all defects, stories, tasks, etc. I love the export functions and how simply I can customize my own reports.

“Agile methodology in the cloud
Pros
It is a great way for me to communicate company-wide. It is easy to create user stories and break them down into tasks. The latest UI upgrade was a significant improvement.
Cons

“Nice tool but still missing key items
Pros
It helps me break all the user stories into many items and assign them to the relevant team, including effort estimation. Then I can easily extract reports.
Cons
The main issue is that it does not show plan vs. actual, so it does not indicate anything if I am at 70%, compared to what? Reports should be easy to change from private to public.

“Ca Agile Central - Central for Agile methodologies
Pros
The software is built around agile methodologies and is best suited for projects using agile. It is easy to use, assign work to the respective team and resources, and tailor-made for projects involving multiple teams. Monitoring and status of work can be easily determined. Dashboards and reports are inbuilt and customizable. Separate tabs for sprint planning and different workflow stages like Backlog, analysis, development, test readiness, and test execution are helpful. It integrates well with CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins and SonarQube.
Cons
There are very few field options available. We were using ALM before moving to Agile Central, and all the fields in ALM were not mapped to CA Agile. It was difficult to map the fields since there are very few field options. Customization and report creation during the initial phase were very difficult. I need to depend on the Scrum Master to make process changes. The initial setup of the process was difficult, and the transition of people from Waterfall to Agile using CA Agile was challenging.

“A useful tool for Agile Project Management
Pros
I find the web-based interface intuitive. It supports Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and other agile frameworks. It is scalable enough to support multiple teams and portfolios. I can create backlogs, plan iterations and releases, create stories and milestones, and capture many useful fields to reduce documentation requirements. Story dependencies are easy to track. The discussion tab allows capturing useful discussions and data for collaboration on stories, features, or initiatives. Parent-child relationships can be established between stories. Multiple reports can be generated to measure performance and productivity. The iteration and Kanban boards provide a real-time view of team progress.
Cons
It does not work well with the Internet Explorer browser. The license cost is high compared to other tools like JIRA.

“Rally works, but they need to stop constantly updating the UI, which is overly complex
Pros
I can link tasks to stories, and stories to features, providing ways to track everything. It allows me to provide detailed information within the stories and acceptance criteria.
Cons
It takes too much effort to link stories to features, and it is too hard to see the details on the features if they are similarly named. Task creation and advancing are easy, but the page layout of stories is now convoluted and confusing.

“Agile in the cloud
Pros
It is intuitive for me to create stories, break them down into tasks, and assign them to the team. The reporting features are useful for executive summaries in my monthly reports. It helps me track progress and truly embodies agile aspects for a software development environment. The customizable dashboard allows me to track multiple projects and display the most important graphics on one screen.
Cons
The QA process is a little difficult to use. Since we are using a separate bug reporting system, it does not really integrate with it. The process of creating test cases and reporting defects is way too complicated for our environment.
