The best part of this software for me is project management. It helps our organization track projects effectively. I can divide a project into multiple sub-projects using EPICs and L2s, making it easier for the team to achieve project deliverables by completing various EPICs. It supports agile methodology, enabling continuous deliveries.

The most important feature I use daily is project management. I create features, split up user stories for better management, track time, and manage tasks for user stories to monitor feature completion.

Cons

The support could be more effective for any queries or cases I create. There could be more UI features that the Rally product team could introduce for a better user experience. The pricing could be better when purchasing bundles and packages with heavy user licenses.

I enjoy the dragging option and the fact that it is not 100% customizable, which makes it easy to use once you learn it. It simplifies tracking tasks and bugs, making the process clear and straightforward.

I am missing better integration with other services, like GitHub. I wish the UI would get a facelift so it would look better, cleaner, and more modern. Adding user stories and defects takes a learning curve.

When I create projects/products/programs but do not populate them, no information is presented. Others have to authorize access as well.

My biggest complaint is that it is overly complicated and buggy. It constantly times me out and returns me to the home page rather than where I left off.

Tasks do not reflect under individual workflows if the main user story is assigned to a different user's name. Teamboard is an example of this issue.

Rally is the best tool I have used for agile development tracking. The UI is the clearest, and the layout is the most intuitive I've seen on the market. It's easy to display all defects, stories, tasks, etc. I love the export functions and how simply I can customize my own reports.

Cons

It is really expensive and hard to customize fields for sub-projects that are different from the parent projects.
