I love that this program as it provides a direct way to engage with my leaders and it offers a platform that is straightforward, visually appealing and easy to navigate.
Cons

It's easy to implement and learn. We were able to start using the program right away, and all our users agree that it's simple to use. It is also cost-effective and scalable.
Cons
There are still some minor features that need to be added, but Rallyware has always been great at listening to our needs and incorporating our requests into the roadmap.
