“My Experience With Rallyware

The software simplifies lead management and handles workflow exceptionally well.

I am using this software for quite sometime and have not come across any problems with Rallyware.

The products capabilities and its ability to increase organizational speed are remarkable. It offers real-time aggregations and connections which grants immediate access to everything.

Cons

Rallyware simplifies and automates your structure and processes, which is not a drawback. This means that I need to have a well-organized and thorough onboarding procedure. Rallyware encourages me to think critically and carefully about all aspects of my business, which sometimes leads to questions about why certain operations are carried out in a specific way.

The platform is user-friendly and easy to understand. Also the team I work with is fantastic. We appreciate their continuous updates and the complete customization options available to suit our needs.

It would be fantastic if there could be additional customization/branding options for certificates/alerts!

Almost everything is already set up, making it easy to follow.

The only thing that is missing for is that I cannot have my own customizable dashboard.

“A fantastic LMS designed with the direct selling industry in mind

Pros

It allows the creation of a highly flexible learning journey. It offers wide range of visual and functional customization options. The support and care provided by the team are also unmatched. The platform is designed with mobile users in mind and even the mobile browser version works smoothly. Also, there are numerous recognition and gamification elements integrated.

Cons

Currently, there is no functionality for classroom/face-to-face training, but there are workarounds available. It would be preferable to have this included in the platform. I can't use HTML to design tasks, which somewhat limits the task editor. Therefore, I need to rely on the content team heavily for support. Some admin functionality included in other LMS platforms is not available for the customer admin, such as proxy login, clearing user learning progress, and importing user & learning data via CSV. I need to ask the Rallyware team to perform those tasks for me.

I intentionally test the platform to help the Rallyware design team create more useful features or adjustments that continuously improve the platform.

“Outstanding Customer Service

Pros

The Customer Support from Rallyware is unparalleled. I can reach out to the team with any questions, requests or issues. They respond extremely quickly. Within the software, the option to lock/unlock content based on KPIs or pre-requisite content is fantastic. The editor feature which allows multimedia, formatting and links is also very user-friendly. The digital library includes thumbnail images, making it easier for learners to browse through resources. I particularly love the Web Doc feature in the digital library, which allows for mini web pages.

Cons

I do wish I had the ability to further customize the overall display of content within the platform. I receive feedback that it's a bit challenging for someone to find the content they are interested in. I am looking forward to improvements to the Search functionality to be able to filter results. Additionally, it would be great to have the ability to remove archived content from the Learner view.

“A powerful tool for training engagement

Pros

The most fascinating aspect of this platform is the way content is displayed. It is easy and pleasant to access. Of course, the gamification features like points, badges and rankings are a major highlight. Although we recently launched it, we are already experiencing excellent engagement with our users. The integration with our systems went smoothly, thanks to their superb organization and planning. The support provided is excellent, and they are consistently fast and friendly. We're absolutely loving it.

Cons

Like any platform, there are areas that can be improved, but what's interesting is that Rallyware always welcomes suggestions and sends them to their development team, so there are always updates. It would be beneficial to have additional functionality for notifications about the user's journey. Sometimes we need to pass information, but we only have the content space and badges to communicate with the user. It could be helpful to categorize programs, especially when there's a lot of content, to avoid confusion. It would also be great to share the badges earned on social media.

We successfully integrated Rallyware with many of our platforms. With this step of ours, creating and managing tasks and content has become very easy and straightforward. We are impressed by their support team, both in Ukraine and the local team in Peru. They are always ready to assist us.

Cons

Rallyware could improve the data dashboards and metrics they provide.

The platform is very customizable and allows us to measure learning with precise accuracy while providing a personalized experience for all users. We have been using the platform for over 3 years and achieved a 16MM ROI in our first full year of use!

Cons

Nothing significant. If there was ever an issue, I'm pleased to say it was either fixed or resolved thanks to the solutions-based mindset of the entire Rallyware team.

Rallyware can customize their platform to meet the specific needs of clients and provide members with the necessary tools for success!

We are so far vert happy as we haven't received any complaints from the clients we've referred to Rallyware!

It took us a while to understand all the different management functions, but the Rallyware team is very responsive and always answers our questions.

Rally is very user-friendly for quickly creating a project planning board to track the teams progress. The interface allows users to update all their tasks from a single page.

Rally doesn't offer as many integrated tools as other project planning services and there are fewer customization options available.

To be honest, I regret not discovering Rallyware sooner! Before joining ByDesign, I was part of the executive team for a Party Plan company. I spent over 300 hours trying to build a product similar to Rallyware but it couldn't compare to what they deliver. If I had known about Rallyware back then, I could have saved time and money while delivering a better product which surely be more dynamic, engaging, intuitive, better-looking, and better-performing.

“Perfect Solution for Onboarding and Behavior Based Nudges

It is user-friendly for both administrators and users. It can be branded and allows customized content based on different markets. The API integration with our system is easy to enable. The communication and notification options are excellent. Leaderboards and gamification elements are included. The widgets make business management more efficient.

Cons

I believe they are currently developing this feature. I am looking forward to accessing reports on the fly.

It is an excellent onboarding and training tool, as well as a platform to drive specific business goals and behaviors in employees, sales teams, distributors and customers. The customized training based on various scenarios, segmented user base for targeted communications and centralized materials are additional advantages.

Cons

Initially, it can be difficult to understand about all the admin tools, but the Rallyware team is extremely helpful and works hard to get you up to speed and moving in the right direction quickly.

We very much like the ability to personalize onboarding and training. Being able to engage the field through triggered activities, create community structures and have a digital library for resources has tremendously benefited our field's success.

It would be very helpful if the system allowed our team admins to pull reports and analyze data on their own.

Cons

This is NOT really a con, but it's worth considering. Rallyware automates and simplifies your structure and processes. However, this process requires that you must have a clean and thorough approach to operations and onboarding. Implementing Rallyware forces you to think clearly and in detail about everything you do and sometimes challenges why you do things in a certain way.

This solution combines excellent tools with a fun and interactive approach that inspires reps to participate. Rallyware is an outstanding product with a fantastic team. They are exceptional partners and provide attentive support to their clients.

The only con I can think of is that I didn't know about their excellent solution earlier.
