It still lacks the flexibility of the desktop Reckon product. Bank Feeds need more work especially setting up Direct Feeds and Open Banking is a nightmare.

I had been using Xero and QuickBooks but our small business doesn't need many of their features so I was spending a lot for little use. Reckon suits my small business perfectly.

According to what I've seen its main strength is affordable pricing, offering a budget-conscious alternative to larger names like Xero and MYOB while still covering the essential bookkeeping basics.

Bank reconciliation is quite limited so closing out the month involves a lot of manual workarounds.

It really is priced competitively against other options and it doesn't take long to learn and use which I think is the cherry on top.

Recurring transactions couldn't be migrated from the desktop version so I had to recreate them manually.

Deleting things can sometimes be difficult although that might be an issue on my end. Apart from that there isn't much else I dislike.

Bookkeeping and reporting are easy and cost-effective. Also I can access the software from anywhere. It also takes very little prior knowledge to get started.

At times it can feel a little impractical and ATO reporting seems to time out fairly often. Bank feeds can also be delayed. In Reckon Fast Coding, linking transactions with payroll doesn't seem to work very well and BAS payments are similarly difficult to link to their respective accounts.

Honestly it meets all my needs and costs less than other programs. It's simple to use with plenty of YouTube videos available.

After a program change, I could no longer enter zero payments to get an invoice off the overdue screen.

I'll be honest, it offers good value for money. I can use the app to check invoices when I'm out and it automatically sends reminders for invoices that haven't been paid. Having payroll and super connected also makes things quick and simple.

Finding a particular invoice can be difficult sometimes. I wish there were a simple search option that let me look up any bill or invoice from whichever screen I'm on.

Reckon One has generally been easy for us to navigate and the available help tools make it possible to learn the more difficult sections.

Invoice creation and attachment in it can still feel somewhat restricted and complicated particularly when attaching an invoice or receipt to a transaction before reconciling it. Other programs let you drag and drop an invoice or receipt onto a transaction making it much faster to reconcile transactions instead of having to return later to attach the proof of purchase.

For invoicing and reconciliation this software is quite simple. It keeps my workflow moving smoothly and saves me time.

Navigation at first isn't very simple. After you learn your way around, it feels user-friendly though a few video tutorials would make it easier for new users.

User friendly and reasonably priced, it is also helping me keep my business finances organized. Invoicing and reports save time and simplify bookkeeping.

A few features still need work and some workflows could be simpler. Finding particular settings can occasionally take a while though it does the job for my business.

Learning it was rather easy and it feels secure to me. Invoicing and financial reports are excellent with online and cloud access. I haven't come across any bugs in six months and support is very fast. Thanks, Reckon One!

After trying it for 14 days and using it for more than 6 months, I still haven't come across anything I dislike about it.
