Pros
Redbooth's seamless project management is what I appreciate the most. From initiating projects to sharing data, from tracking progress to completing tasks, it streamlines everything. I particularly like how easy it is to assign tasks, prioritize them, add tags and descriptions, and involve everyone. It truly excels in team collaboration and project management efficiency.
Cons
I am highly satisfied with Redbooth's performance, but I have noticed a weakness in the mobile application. Not all features available on desktop are accessible via the mobile app. Several times, I tried to add comments but could not format the text, and images are not visible in the mobile version. These limitations could be improved for a perfect and flawless experience.

Cons
I dislike that once you enter a comment, you can not edit it after a certain amount of time.

“It has almost everything but . . .”
Pros
Having used this platform for almost a year now, there is very little we do not love about it. Setting up and using it is super easy and intuitive.
Cons
It needs an internal chat feature separate from workspaces. As we add more projects, finding conversations within the application becomes difficult. All activity feeds and conversations are linked to specific workspaces, requiring us to sort through them to find the conversation.

Cons

A weak point of Redbooth is definitely the calendar view options. We need the ability to view tasks on a calendar under specific tags or view tasks for a single person across all workspaces. Additionally, we encounter issues with Word documents not displaying properly in the web interface.
