Ideal for handling projects

Pros

We can easily keep track of how much time each team member spends on their tasks and subtasks. Plus, we can see how all the tasks are connected to one another.

Cons

The interface of the software is not as user friendly as we thought. So improvements should be made in this area.

Simply amazing

Pros

The collaborative workspaces in RedBooth are awesome! It makes it super easy for my team to stay on the same page and get all the info they need without any hassle.

Cons

It doesn't let me track how individual team members are doing or view project trends over different time periods. Also the reporting features are pretty basic, so it hasn't helped us much in building out our strategic models to spot growth opportunities or improve how we run things.

Great, but missing a tracking feature

Pros

For couple of years I was working as a project manager and I really like that I could create multiple projects, keep track of everything going on, and add files in all kinds of formats. It made my job a lot easier.

Cons

The tool did not have many tracking features and there was no way to track budgets or expenses which was little disappointing. But overall it worked well for me in managing the other project details.

Great and is reasonably priced

Pros

Desktop sharing features excellent. Plus the audio and video quality is superb and the user interface is also quite simple as I do not have spend much time understanding it.

Cons

Finding specific conversations we have had in the past is not easy and I often run into issues when trying to view Word documents.

Makes things simple

Pros

Managing tasks is simple. I can easily assign them to my team, and everyone can leave comments when they complete their work. Also the option to add different tags to tasks helps prioritize them as per need. Moreover all project files are stored in RedBooth which serves as a reliable backup space.

Cons

Redbooth recently made a change where only admins can resolve tasks now. This caused some issues for my team since some members could not mark their tasks as done. Because in normal days in our company, when someone finishes a task, they send it back to me and mark it as resolved. But with this new setting, managing tasks became a lot harder for us.

Great fit for small projects

Pros

RedBooth is very user-friendly and sets up quickly. Most of the users able to understand almost everything about it in under an hour. Plus we can customize task lists and tags for each of our project. Lastly the time tracking is simple yet detailed for analysis.

Cons

Well it is not the best for complex and development projects. Also the integrations with third-party apps are restricted. And I noticed that updates and improvements made within the software are pretty slow.

Best PM software available

Pros

Our teams benefit a lot from the softwares centralized virtual workspaces. It gives us better visibility, helps with planning and makes job management so much easier. What I love most is how it boosts our productivity as the team communication flows naturally, from brainstorming ideas to creating and completing tasks. The HD video chat and screen sharing are a game changer as it makes it easy to bring our staff together for face to face meetings, no matter where they are. Plus the reporting tool is also really useful, giving us valuable insights into team performance. It helps us assign tasks more strategically, spot trends and identify any at risk activities early.

Cons

We are quite pleased with the functioning of the Redbooth software as a team however, the one major drawback that we have discovered is the mobile application. All of the functions available in the desktop version are not available in the phone app, which makes accessing the project pretty difficult. Plus it is not particularly user-friendly and the dashboard updates can be perplexing at times because we are unable to view changes on some activities. The lack of time tracking and integration with invoicing software is quite frustrating. Apart from these small flaws, the application is excellent for workflow management.

We love it...

Pros

Redbooth is an excellent workflow management system because it allows our teams to manage an unlimited number of projects in collaborative workspaces that integrate files, tasks and comments into a centralized, searchable and in sync experience. Personally, I like how easy it is to prioritize tasks, assign them to people, add tags and descriptions and get everyone involved. Honeslty, it is the best software for successful team communication and project management. Our staff adores its simple navigation and solid features. Implementing the Redbooth software was the smartest move we could have made for our organization.

Cons

Weve been using the application for a while now, and the overall experience has been excellent. It provides comprehensive tools for managing our chores and projects, as well as assisting us in keeping our work simple. However Redbooth provides limited file storage and the processing occasionally becomes very slow, especially during the installation of new updates.

Increase productivity

Pros

The best thing about it is that provides a number of work management solutions that assist us in improving our teams productivity and performance. Also it has an easy to use and quite intuitive interface that helps in work organization. We can simply manage our staff across several locations and stay on top of project progress. The reporting mechanism is also excellent for keeping track of various project specifics. The best part about the Redbooth is that it is not expensive at all so even small budget organizations can easily afford it.

Cons

Overall, Redbooth is great project management, collaboration, and communication software. Our main concern with the software is that it only provides 2 GB of storage capacity for free plan, which is quite restricted when dealing with and keeping massive amounts of data. It would be fantastic if the developers could increase storage limitation for free plans.

A user-friendly tool

Pros

We have multiple PM tools otpions to choose from, which we select based on the size of the team involved in a project. But I find Redbooth to be the most user-friendly one available. Its interface is very simple and I have never touched the operating manual (and probably never will). An interesting fact is that it has apps for a surprising number of platforms, including Apple TV. So if there is a project that involves a small or even a medium-sized team, I always go for Redbooth. The team loves it as well, thanks to the minimal learning curve involved.

Cons

I wish that I could use Redbooth for all my projects, but it is just too simple for that. Any sort of complex project that requires a larger team cannot be easily handled with it, which is disappointing. Even though it is great that we have access to other PM tools, but I personally prefer Redbooth and would love to use it for all the projects that I manage.

Good, but needs improvements

Pros

What stands out to me the most is how easy it is to use it from the beginning. It does not demand advanced skills to kick off your projects and collaborating with my team on the platform is a so easy.

Cons

I think one cool feature they could add is the option to communicate directly with clients through the platform. Plus it would be awesome if it could integrate clients emails with the project management software. I feel like that would be a total game changer and could make Redbooth even more appealing to agencies and small businesses. As it would save a ton of time and streamline everything in one place.

Budget-friendly and simple to use

Pros

RedBooth is very much affordable and really easy to use. Plus, it works on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and even Android. The result of it is that we haven't face any sort of compatibility issues across different operating systems. We also love the task management features as they are simply the best.

Cons

The provided storage is just 2 GB for the entire organization which is not enough for us and for anyone, I feel like. So it should be increased.

Redbooth is our favorite

Pros

Redbooth's ease of use is what really impresses me. Whether I am at my desk or on the go with my laptop, accessing my projects and tracking progress is not a problem. Plus assigning tasks is simple and prioritizing urgent ones is easy too. Lastly even the interface is so welcoming and easy to learn.

Cons

The task resolve/unresolved feature confuses me as a new user. When a task is resolved but still needs work, the assignees are not notified. I think this process should change to avoid confusion.

Pros

What I really liked about it was the simple layout and how easy it was to use. It made my job easier.

Has limitations, but overall it's fine

Pros

Overall I love it! However the things that standout about Redbooth is how simple and user friendly it is. Also the task management tools are really good and simple to figure out. Plus the options for meetings, video chats and screen sharing are super helpful.

Cons

Onboarding team members is a bit difficult for me due to email limitations. Also SharePoint is quite complicated and expensive at the same time.

Reporting feature is the BEST

Pros

Navigating a site is fairly easy and it organizes all our tasks. We can email new tasks, which automatically appear in the task list. The reporting feature is impressive too as it allows accurate time tracking and user management.

Cons

They used to have a customizable email feature that worked great for a helpdesk setup. It let customers and our team members email in tickets which would automatically be added to the list. Unfortunately, they have removed this feature which is disappointing.

I recommend it..

Pros

I really like its user-friendly interface. Also RedBooth lets us assign tasks to various team members and monitor their updates. It is even great for collaboration, brainstorming new ideas and to keep all project data stored in one secure place. We can even prioritize important tasks and urgent jobs with tags, which is great. The dashboard resembles an email interface which makes it easy for us to check our tasks. Plus we can create separate workspaces for different teams and departments, and it also allows for HD meetings with everyone involved. The reporting system is beneficial for tracking different project details, managing calendars, time tracking and other features that help achieve our goals.

Cons

My main issue with Redbooth is the mobile apps performance. It's heavy on storage and drafting text is not smooth. Plus there is definitely room for improvement on the mobile front.

Easy to set up and use

Pros

Setting up and using Redbooth is very easy. The UI is incredibly intuitive. Plus adding teams, members, sprints, tasks and subtasks is not a time consuming anymore. The email client integration is very helpful for less experienced team members who rely heavily on email.

Cons

Compared to other major management tools, it lacks features. Subtasks are quite basic, and the tasks preview box is too small for my liking also it lacks good support for RTL languages in the UI.

Great for small teams and individuals

Pros

I have used Redbooth to manage both my own freelance work and small teams. Honestly, it's probably the most intuitive project management system I have come across. The UI is very clean and I doubt you'll ever need to read the documentation. Also it got an app for a surprisingly wide range of platforms even Apple TV. So if you're looking for something that you or a small to medium-sized team can start using with little to no learning curve, this is definitely the one.

Cons

Redbooth is quite simple to use but that simplicity means it lacks some of the more complex features that bigger projects might need. So if you are looking for deep analytics or advanced task management tools, especially for larger teams, you might find it a bit limited. However let me tell that it is great for smaller teams and simpler projects, but not so much if you need something more detailed.
