We initially adopted Replicon in our American branch before implementing it at our Australian Head Office. Im based in Australia and each time I contact the helpdesk I receive responses indicating that Im reaching out outside of working hours which Im not. This situation is rather frustrating. Weve recently added our offices in Malaysia to our account. There are other countries but Ive postponed adding them due to the disappointment with this issue.
