The enhanced technical support is a worthwhile investment. With the need for assistance at different times due to our West Coast location Replicon's availability 34/7 ensures almost immediate support. We use Replicon for time entry making it convenient and its project tracking capabilities facilitate billing purposes.

Cons

The implementation process proved challenging especially as an HR consulting firm not needing all Replicon features. Initial plans for the invoicing module were altered due to interface limitations with QuickBooks leading to a workaround involving report export and invoicing through QB.

Im based in Australia and each time I contact the helpdesk I receive responses indicating that Im reaching out outside of working hours which Im not. This situation is rather frustrating. Weve recently added our offices in Malaysia to our account. There are other countries but Ive postponed adding them due to the disappointment with this issue.
