We use Replicon for time entry making it convenient and its project tracking capabilities facilitate billing purposes.
Cons
The implementation process proved challenging especially as an HR consulting firm not needing all Replicon features. Initial plans for the invoicing module were altered due to interface limitations with QuickBooks leading to a workaround involving report export and invoicing through QB.
