Transitioning from GEN 2 to GEN 3 presented challenges in terms of report generation. Adjusting to the report types available in this software took some time.

Weve been utilizing Replicon Gen 3 for a period of 15 months. By and large this version of Replicon serves our needs adequately.

We find the format and printouts of Gen 2 Timesheets more preferable compared to Gen 3. In Gen 2 all information was consolidated on a single page unlike the current multipage version. Some fields in Gen 3 Reports appear very faint when printed making them hard to read. Gen 3 software has introduced a timeconsuming multistep process for unsubmitting adjusting and resubmitting Time Expense Sheets which was quicker and simpler in Gen 2. Frequently our consultants need to reselect projects and billing rates when starting new timesheets.

Replicon offering oneonone training for customizable forms would be highly beneficial. Theres a multitude of forms available and understanding how these forms can be tailored to specific needs is crucial. Online help available is often generic and challenging to learn from independently.

Replicon was really simple to set up, and all employees, regardless of computer abilities, were able to be up and running immediately. Billing is also quick and easy. Wed never been able to get a rapid breakdown of hours and expenditures for any project, at any moment, for any duration before Replicon. We Approve this product.

The user interface seems outdated in comparison to other software and the fonts and scaling for different devices dont always work optimally resulting in limited screen space utilization.

I honestly cant come up with any drawbacks. I suppose its a nice feature that you can easily check your time off balances. I have no further comments to add.

My grievances are primarily related to the mobile app although the web software also has its drawbacks. The mobile app makes it difficult to retain a new project code. Time off management is subpar in both versions as its unclear if the balance includes only available hours prescheduled hours and it lacks integration with Outlook calendars. When taking a halfday only a start time option is available which doesnt cover scenarios involving morning and afternoon time off. Additionally the mobile app lacks swipe keyboard support for notes and offers no feature for tracking earned comp time.

The standout aspect for me is the multitude of available levels for timekeeping. Our companys time tracking can be as specific as we require.

Implementation had its share of issues when transitioning to an updated version within Replicon but as a software company we understand such challenges.
