Leveraging Rocketlane's external project view allows us to maintain control over our branding and onboarding process, enhancing the customer experience.

Cons

Rocketlane is relatively new, so some features may still need refinement. Transitioning from Asana took some adjustment, but the excellent care team and resources helped address these concerns.

Pros

I particularly enjoy using the Status Updates feature in Rocketlane for our weekly customer meetings. The ability to manage both internal and external tasks in one place, along with internal notes, enhances our project management.

There are still a few features missing. For example, I'd like the ability to order tasks in the project board by drag and drop, which isn't possible yet.

While there's nothing specific to mention, I would appreciate more charts and reports.
