Typically, when I use project management tools, they often lack certain features crucial to my needs. However, Rocketlane feels incredibly customizable. One feature I particularly enjoy is the seamless collaboration it facilitates. The live chat and thread-like features make coordination a breeze. We primarily utilize it for onboarding and coordinating between multiple teams, and even managing client-facing views. Integrating with other channels seamlessly and being the primary source of truth are other aspects I greatly appreciate!

There are still a few features missing. For example, I'd like the ability to order tasks in the project board by drag and drop, which isn't possible yet.
