One feature I particularly enjoy is the seamless collaboration it facilitates. The live chat and thread-like features make coordination a breeze. We primarily utilize it for onboarding and coordinating between multiple teams, and even managing client-facing views. Integrating with other channels seamlessly and being the primary source of truth are other aspects I greatly appreciate!
