“Easy to use for managing resource allocations and time reporting

Pros

Implementing this tool was very simple, and it's easy to use for tracking our resources current and future projects. It provides a clear view of our cross-project metrics. I can't speak highly enough about the responsiveness of the customer support team to questions, issues, and feature requests. While the tool may not have every single feature I desire, working with this company is a pleasure.

Cons

While I would prefer better reporting capabilities, the software makes it easy to export data. When I have unique reporting needs, I can transfer the data to a spreadsheet. Therefore, the main area where Runn could improve is by providing more security profiles. We would greatly benefit from having more flexibility than what is currently provided.
