The ability to utilize an open database for external applications and spreadsheets to access and report data is incredibly useful.

I find the usability poor, especially with spooling reports, what is that even about?

The UI feels outdated and uninspiring. It did not engage me when I used the software. While the functions are decent, aesthetics matter.

I find it quite similar to Sage 50, but with a much more accountant-oriented perspective, displaying credits, debits, etc.

I wish there were shortcuts. It would be great if I could just delete transactions instead of having to reverse them.

I am aware it is still on-premises and not on the cloud. I heard they are working on that option, though.
